We stayed at the Thrifty Inn on 12/31/09. We stayed due to price, and the fact that they had an indoor pool. The room was on the third floor so we had the cheapest room, and the room itself was much nicer than expected, it was clean, and up to date with the look...or as well as any other motel... more

We stayed here overnight during a trip to Memphis. It was a bit confusing when making the reservation, if we were staying at Pear Tree Inn or Thrifty Inn. And our Expedia reservation said Pear Tree Inn- Thrifty Inn. Then when we pulled in, there were two buildings, one with each name in the same lot. However, the Thrifty Inn... more

Great room, perks, clean hotel, friendly personnel, great rates, free Internet; we (myself, husband & 20 yr old son) stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Indy. Also, stayed here on the way back to Louisiana and arrived late, again 2nd visit was better than the 1st. We'd stay again, for the rates, room & service... more

If you have ever stayed in a Drury Hotel....then this place is not for you...the place was a dump if you ask me....my kids would not sleep on the bed and the furniture was old and the room had a stale smell as if the carpet has been there forever which had more stains in it then I can count.... more

You won't be disappointed with this hotel for the price. Clean rooms...comfortable beds...very friendly staff...and a great breakfast. Nice pool out back also but usually a lot of kids running around and playing. I have stayed at just about every other hotel in this town and would choose this one over anyone else. Don't let the outside appearance fool you.... more

The room was clean and everything in the room looked in good shape, no old towels or old bedspreads. The breakfast was great, awesome doughnuts, bagels, milk, juice and oatmeal. We arrived at 12:30am and felt safe. I did read the comment about the ice machine and it is kind of in an awkward spot if you are staying on... more

I made reservations at this hotel after reading the positive reviews posted on this website. I just want to warn you not to get your hopes too high. The words "by Drury" may mislead you. The outside of this hotel gives you a strange feeling. It is very old and showing it. Our room, well, the carpets looked old and... more

I come back for a family reunion every year and I have stayed at just about every hotel in Sikeston and I can honestly say this is the best one of the bunch. I stayed in Room 301 and it was a nice room with a double bed. The hotel gives great friendly service and with a price under 50.00... more

We stayed in this motel for an overnight last week. Our room looked as though it were new and it was comfortable. Pear Tree Inn is owned by the Drury Hotel chain. There was a Drury hotel next door which had more glitz. Total for our room with AAA discount was $50.05 for 2 dbl beds, 2 adults. The staircase... more
