We spent our honeymoon at the tiger sancuary. Just a short walk from our room was a tiger sanctuary and then on to a very good restaurant.

The accommodations were great!
The tiger tour and sanctuary were incredible
The resturaunt was very good and the only thing that was not well above what we expected.

We had a great weekend and will organize a trip with friends int he future. more

The Crown Ridge is located near wineries in the Crown Valley area of Sainte Genevieve Missouri. There is a retaurant (very good breakfast came with the stay), a Tiger Sanctuary, and lodging.
The lodging is really a few large homes with bedrooms that you rent, with common area for those staying. The biggest disappointment was the awful 1990's "florida" decor. We stayed at the "tiger's Den" room 3. Two queen sized beds were separated by a large TV that you could not view, because it was not on a swivel.
The bathroom was fairly clean except for mold on the shower curtain and no slip bath mat, but needed an overhaul also. The shower safety handle had been moved several times and the holes drilled in the shower wall were left unplugged and untouched.
We were there for a Wedding at Chaumette Winery. Most of the wedding party were able to book a "villa" there, where the decor was upscale (Viking appliances, Marble countertops, updated, chic Cherry... more
