My husband and I visited Charleville with our 2 month old daughter. The grounds are beautiful. The tasting room has both wine and beer and is perfectly decorated. There is outside seating as well. My husband did the beer tasting and I went with the wine tasting. Both were delicious! We even got to tour the brewery and meet the... More

Had a little trouble finding this one, but when we finally got there it was very busy! Great outdoor views! Had a tasting of 5 wines for $5, most everywhere else you got to keep the glass. Here you needed to put a deposit down for $4 per glass. I think they need to follow what everyone else is doing.... More

Beautiful winery off the beaten path, and it is not too crowded to actually sample the wines. Everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, this first thing you notice when you walk out of the car is the smell. We thought maybe one of the dogs just went #2 and it was fresh, but the smell never went away, and it was... I knew we had found a hidden gem as we traveled down a gravel road with a beautiful creek on our side. The very knowledgeable staff explained the history, wines, and incredibly tasty beer with a smile. Some cool cats are also noticeable around the beautifully crafted log cabin. I'm not just talking about the people traveling far distances to... More

A little bumpy on the ride in but, once your there, awesome! Who knew there was a paradise in Missouri? From the scenic panoramic view to the family oriented service from the owners and staff. Great wine, incredible microbrews, cheese and sausage plates or bring your own food. The atmosphere here is refreshing. Didn't get a chance to stay in... More

This is a side trip off a gravel road between Ste. Genevieve and Farmington; however, the destination is great. They even had a cask ale too and at least 6-7 styles of beer. Great hilly views with a great micro-brewery and winery. I've had the wine in the past too and is also very good. If you are in the... More

Arrived with a large group during a family reunion at noon. We interrupted a lady who was mowing the lawn and she seemed a little upset that we were there because she rushed us through the wine tasting. The beer sample lady was great and so was the beer, especially the pilsner. Beautiful grounds and scenery with a shaded outside... More

Rolled in abt 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon in early April. I had the Ale Mucho Hoppo while my wife had a white wine. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the veranda with our drinks, relaxing after a day of touring along the Illinois side of the Mississippi. As the sun was falling we headed over to Chaumette Winery for... More

This winery has a beautiful view of the fall folliage and hillside. I sampled some wine but there was nothing I was too crazy about. After my 3 free samples, I had a glass of the Lakota Red. My husband tried some beer and let me try one of his samples, there was one with corriander but I wasn't too... More
