Because I have children attending SLU , this location is perfect to be near the campus but away from all the crowds of college students, especially on a weekend. This hotel is located within walking distant to Union Station which is a good place to shop and grab a good burger or sandwich. The hotel is located right off of... More

This is quite a nice little property, but not really downtown. You could not walk from here to downtown....the best you could do is walk to Union Station, which is about 6-7 minutes away. Downtown would be about 20 minutes, and that's optimistic. Very nice, pleasant staff, very clean, good breakfast (bistro-type), pool, whirlpool, nothing bad at all. The best... More

Eventhough the room was a little musty, after I informed front dest, it was taken care of immediately. The room had a King size bed, the pillows were wonderful, and I loved the location. I also used the small gym. The eliptical machine was the latest model. The Gym was clean and had towels available. I highly recommend this hotel... More

It is great to hear that when you did have an issue that our staff responded quickly and fixed the issue to your satisfaction. Service is what seperates on brand or hotel from another and this is of the highest priority to me and our staff. Thanks for the kind words and your feedback. More

The hotel itself was very nice. Very large and comfy. The rooms were extremely nice and we had a good view. The tv channels weren't very good but then again we weren't there to watch tv. The bistro was very pricey so we only ate there once. Our over all stay was very clean and comfortable. But what stood out... More

Clean, quiet rooms with very good bedding and towels. The workout room is a bit too small, more than 2 people is a crowd! The bistro is pretty nice for a quick meal but only open after 5 so be prepared to bring food, go out or eat from the the small in house market which is quite limited. Not... More

Thank you for the nice remarks regarding your recent stay. I wanted to let you know that the desk has many options for food delivery during the times that the Bistro is not open. I was glad to read your feedback on the bedding and towels as they are a new brand standard that was just implemented. More

Rooms are clean, internet & parking are free, metro link and/or shuttles to ballgames are close by, and rooms are quiet. The only downside is that TVs in rooms don't have FoxSports Midwest to watch Cardinals when not going to game. However, games are available on TV in the lobby with convenient internet access & power outlets for laptop.

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay. I agree in that it would be nice to have FSMW available in all the rooms. This is an itme that we are working on for the next contract with the satelite provider that will come due early next year. More

Got our room on Priceline for $45 + taxes. We were driving from Chicago to Branson and just needed a place to lay our heads for one night. Getting to the hotel from the interstate was very easy. We rolled into town around midnight and were immediately greeted by someone at the front desk. Check in was easy. Our room... More

My Fiancé and I stayed here overnight for a mini stay vacation in st louis. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The room was clean and we had the best nights sleep we have ever had at a hotel. Our only problem we had was our room in the middle of the night was miserably hot despite having the temp... More

This was a spur of the moment trip to Saint Louis on our way home from Southern Illinois. We wanted somewhere nice and close to downtown and were willing to pay a little extra for the location so we didn't have to drive and pay for parking. In reality, this is not near downtown. It was at least a 15... More

Thank you for your feedback and I apologize we did not meet your expectations. We are in the process of purchasing refrigerators and should have half the building done by the end of August. We are on the outer part of downtown but are only 5 blocks from the metro link station that will take you to most of the... More

Stayed here for 3 days for a Joyce Meyer Christian Conference. The accomidations were impeccible. Rooms was a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Easilty accessible to the downtown area and walking distance to the Edward Jones Dome. Roomservice could've been a little more accomodating but hey, there were 35,000 of us visiting the downtown area. I'd absolutely... More
