I was in town for a St Louis Bond club outing, which had several events hosted at the hotel. My room was beautiful, and I also got a chance to use the spa which was heavenly. Best Bloody Mary's in Cielo ( ask Ryan to make them!)

My husband and I stay here often, and we absolutely love it. The staff is very courteous and professional, and the atmosphere is classy and relaxing. The Cielo restaurant is conveniently located on the lobby floor, and has delicious food and drinks. In the summer the pool is a must! It is located on the roof and has a beautiful... More

Just returned from a 3 day stay at Four Seasons. We loved everything about this place! Service from check-in to check-out was superb! We upgraded to the arch view and are really glad we did. The bed was so comfy. We really enjoyed the pool area, the girls there were so attentive. Would definitely return!

We are currently visiting now. A few things I would like to comment on while they are fresh in my mind. The staff is amazing! Ryan the bartender was able to make amazing drinks fort husband and I! He took our likes and dislikes and created wonderful cocktails. While at the pool on Friday, the staff needed to set up... More

reasonably priced, great location, check in was polite and efficient. Hotel at 1st glacé inside was cool. open all around, with white railings, beautiful atrium. Glass elevators conveniently located. So far so good, got off elevator at our floor and was shocked and appalled at the condition of the hallway carpet. Awful was putting mildly...would not have walked barefoot on... More

I don't give out 5 stars very often, this hotel approached a 5 star review. I was here on business and stayed in a huge, gorgeous King room with a river view (no Arch view). The pool area is lovely, with glass surround to cut the wind, view of the Arch. The pool was quite warm, which was nice but... More

The staff is fantastic and extremely attentive. The food is simple yet very good but if you want a hot shower then this isn't the hotel for you. The shower in the spa didn't even get hot. This simple little issue is obviously a deal breaker for me. I will not stay there again.

This hotel is amazing, you are treated like royalty from the second you walk through the doors until you depart. I stayed in an arch view suite and it is worth the extra cost, beautiful and spacious. The restaurant on the property, Cielo's has unbelievable ambience and the food is incredible. I also utilized the spa during my stay, it... More

This was third time I've stayed at this property. I will definitely return. I had a "housekeeping" issue this time. However, the staff went out of their way to correct it immediately and with great class. Kudos to Steven Krekorian and his staff and also to Ryan Krassinger in the restaurant. They made me feel a true VIP.
