The Four Seasons is the ONLY place to stay when visiting St Louis. The hotel and spa are beautiful, the restaurant is amazing (big hugs to Chris and Gavin for making our dinner a truly wonderful event :) and the staff is OUTSTANDING (love, Love, LOVE YOU MARK!!!) Even with complementary offers to stay at other hotels in the St... More

Stayed here for a business meeting and had no real reason to leave the premises. Good thing as this hotel seems to be sitting in the middle of a rail yard and utility complex. Wonder what they were thinking: a development that never happened, or pioneers waiting for the rest of the gang to follow? That being said, once inside,... More

I stay at the Four Seasons exclusively when visiting St. Louis. I had occasion to stay here for eight consecutive weeks on a project for my employer, and the management staff took it upon themselves to treat me wonderfully. They even sent up a special meal and note when I took ill one day! When my wife visited, they treated... More

We stayed in the 1700 square-foot luxury suite and enjoyed the beautiful views and accomodations. It was plenty of room and provided for a quiet and relaxing time. The large bar was pitifully understocked with the most basic of necessities, like spoons to stir your coffee. We had brought home baked goods from the nearby bakery and had to call... More

I was expecting a little more swag from the Four Seasons St.Louis. The street lobby was very bland, and the check-in lobby didn't impress me much more. The room was nice, but at this price point, I would expect the double beds to be queen size instead. We were up high on the 15th floor, but the street noise at... More

We were in St. Louis for a wedding, and this hotel is THE place to stay in the Lou! Absolutely everyone was very accomodating, friendly and helpful, from the valet, to the bell hops to the front desk, housekeeping, room service, to the staff at Cielo the restaurant. A friend had the seared albacore tuna and it was probably the... More

We stayed here July 8-12, 2014. We couldn't be any happier with the level of service. Excellent!!! The staff was very friendly, the bedding superb, the food in restaurants delicious and hey we even got to meet Tommy Lee with his Motley Crue at the pool. The room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in July 2014. It is a very classy hotel with beautiful views. the room is very clean and the bathroom is very nice. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families. It has a nice pool on the roof and a great outside seating area for the bar.

Especially when you are travelling to a city where it is not really known for being a hot travel destination. Business took my wife and I to St. Louis and so we booked a room at the Four Seasons. If you stay here, you will want a room with a view of the Arch! Beautiful sunsets from this angle and... More

The hotel is immaculate and the entire staff is superb. This hotel totally caters to children. They called two days in advance to ensure the children's names and birth dates were correct. They got to choose a toy upon arrival, each had a personalized food arch waiting for them in the room and got their own robes and toiletries -... More
