I frequently travel to St. Louis for business--about once a month. I used to stay at the Westin, but switched to the Four Seasons when it opened. The hotel is brand new and modern, and the infinity pool is great in the summer. However, I am very alergic to pets, and on one stay, I had an alergic attack from... more

Prior to our stay at the Four Seasons, our favorite hotel in the St. Louis area was in Clayton, the Ritz Carlton. The downtown Four Seasons handily beats the Rtiz. The rooms and bathrooms are more spacious. The decor of the hotel is contemporary asian in feel compared to the "stuffy" Ritz lobby area.. There is a "zen garden" adjacent... more

Answer: It is their superb service and attention to detail. My wife and I have stayed at a number of Four Seasons around North America over the years. We stopped by the Four Seasons St. Louis for a two night stay as part of a 35 day driving trip from San Francisco across the Northwest and Midwestern states. At check... more

Pros: Beautiful rooms. Super-comfy beds. Great city views. TV in bathroom mirror. Rooftop pool and bar are cool. Free self-parking in the attached garage. Within walking distance of both Busch Stadium and the Edward Jones Dome. 3rd night free promo is a great value. Cons: Can be a little noisy on the side of the hotel next to the highway.... more

This is a very nice hotel, but I don't think it's worth the money unless you find a very special weekend deal. Service is very understated, and it almost comes across as stingy. Also, it's connected to a casino, which is a little weird. If you are staying in St. Louis and looking for a great hotel at a reasonable... more

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; it is a great addition to downtown St. Louis. The hotel is VERY modern (quite in contrast to many Four Seasons properties, which are heavy and loaded with old world decor). In comparison with most Four Seasons properties, it was quite affordable, without sacrificing the quality service for which the chain is... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel on a business conference weekend downtown St. Louis. It was amazing! It is a fantastic location in the city and easy access from the Metro Subway station which is literally a coule blocks away and (unlike someone said below) there were cabs everywhere. The 8th floor lobby overlooking the city is amazing and... more

I stayed at The Four Seasons recently. I agree with the many other reviews here that it is a beautiful, new facility, with spacious, clean and modern rooms, and friendly, helpful, professional hotel personnel. The on-site casual restaurant was virtually empty when I arrived, but the wait service there was slow. A 5 to 10 minute wait for initial contact... more

We stayed at the Four Seasons for an event we were attending at the Edward Jones Dome (Supercross Race). The hotel is gorgeous and the room was perfect. It was in a great location adjacent to the Lumiere Place- a very nice casino. We loved the walk-way that connected us to the entrance of the Dome directly across the street.... more

Wow - we sure didn't think we were in our home town of St. Louis. The Four Seasons is awesome. Being connected to the casino was not relevant to us. However, the hotel was quite a treat. The spa is about as nice as you can get. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is well trained. The ambiance is something... more
