This airport hotel is quite close to the airport and they know they will have business. Yet, the design, the decor, and the furnishings are quite worn out. Service is average; room service took 75 minutes 915 longer than promised); the sheets were worn thin; and the air conditioning was not working (during a 70 degree day). There are other... more

I stayed at this hotel from 1/24/08 - 1/27/08 while in St. Louis for a business conference. There were pros and cons to this hotel which I will briefly outline. Check in was easy, however we found the people at the check in counter pretty rude. I know that I'm not personally paying for my room, because my company is... more

This Hotel nickel and dimed us to death. 2$ for a bottle of water, 12.95 for 12 hours of internet access? Are you kidding me? I am currently setting at the hotel across the street writing this review. Parking was horrible, we paid extra to have a parking spot and had to drive around looking for an open one for... more

The stay here is okay, but nothing outstanding. The front desk staff were somewhat unfriendly, and not overly helpful. The cleaniness of the lobby was good, and the room was satisfactory. The bathroom was very small. On arrival, we went down to check out the indoor swimming pool. The pool water and the indoor pool area were very warm. In... more

The bellman Mike was very helpful. HE made sure we were comfortable with our room. As we checked in he took our luggage, and he even parked our car. Mike was such a delight, i will defintly be coming back for his service he gave to us. more

Very nice stay at the Marriott after a long day of meetings and driving. Service was excellent! The hotel and room were up to par with what I expect from Marriott. Great bed and bath, clean, high quality furnishings, nothing seemed worn or shabby. I didn't use internet, but my colleagues were bothered that the hotel charges about $13 -... more

The pictures looked great. The Trip Advisor reviews were good so this must be a great place, right? Then what happened when our group checked in? Our group stayed here and were given a "special rate" which turned out to be the same internet rate that anyone could get. So much for the special rate and I can overlook that,... more

The service and the restaraunt and bar were excellent. Only mild complaint was the size of the room. Much more boisterous hotel than the Renaissance down the road. I prefer the Renaissance Airport over this location, but would stay here again if needed. more

This hotel was awesome. Great room with flat screen, wired for everything, and the food was fantastic. They had to ruin it all by charging for internet access!! I didn't know there was a charge when I booked the room and there are so many hotel choices that don't charge for internet access they should be embarrassed. I'd pay more... more

I stayed here on May 5th, 2007. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Marriott St. Louis Airport. I will always continue to stay here because of all the great services that come along with the room. First, I always stay here with the park & fly package (usually from $89 to $110 per stay). It included... more
