This is a great Hotel...right in Clayton...can walk to shops and restaurants...an amazing bargain...paid a little over 200 per night for a standard room that in Manhattan would easily be 2-3 times the price...hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating... more

Simply put, the Ritz Carlton in Saint Louis is a wonderful hotel. From the warm and helpful greeting and check-in, including being walked to the elevator by the very attentive front desk associate; to the recently renovated clean and crisp guestrooms; to the food & beverage that holds a candle to any area restaurant, this hotel left us wanting nothing... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel over Valentines. Wonderful attentive service, smooth check-in and a beautifully renovated room. We were informed we were the first people to stay in our room since the update. I will post pics shortly. It was gorgeous! We dined at both The Grille, and The Restaurant- both of which were delicious. I would... more

This hotel was quite beautiful in its public areas. We met friends for drinks and sushi in the lobby and we had a wonderful time. However, I would recommend staying in another hotel in the area and possibly using this hotel as a base for drinks before dinner. Our check-in was great, with typical Ritz-Carlton friendliness and professionalism. However, the... more

This is going to be a long review, so here is my bottom line: I thought this was an amazing hotel because of the service they provide and would absolutely stay here again. We were there for a conference so didn't get to do very much, but we tried to get in as much as possible. Service: Absolutely lived up... more

I spent week two of my two week business trip at the Ritz Carlton. This was the first time I have ever stayed at this hotel. We got a great corporate rate. The lobby was amazing and neatly arranged. Staff made sure it stayed that way. The service at the desk was one of the best I have ever experienced.... more

The first thing you should know is that you can get a room here for about $200/night. That is an awesome price for a Ritz (as far as I know). The bell staff and front desk are welcoming and accomodating. The main foyer is huge and grand with tons of rich marble and rich dark wood present. While the feel... more

I had so much fun! I travel alone often, and wanted a hotel that I would feel safe and secure, in a nice area where I could get out and enjoy the surroundings, on foot, without worry. The Ritz-Carlton in Clayton is perfect! There are so many fabulous restaurants not only within walking distance, but after experiencing the warm and... more

Upon our arrival at the airport the Ritz Carlton was to have a town car waiting for us to take us to the hotel. It was not to be found and after repeated calls we took a cab. Once at the hotel we asked them to check into what had happened and to make sure that we would not be... more

Having never stayed at a Ritz Carlton in the past, I wasn't sure exactly how the St Louis hotel compares to others. However, my expectations were high for our first stay. The lobby area is beautiful and what you would expect for a high end hotel. The rooms were very large, but a typical nice hotel room. The breakfast was... more
