The Renaissance is probably one of the nicer hotels right near the airport. Very convenient location and the airport shuttle runs constantly. The room was modern, clean and spacious. My only complaints are that the air conditioner was really noisy and the walls very thin. more

I stayed at this hotel on June 25th during a business trip to St. Louis. I'm tough to please as I've been in the hotel industry as a General Manager, Sales Director and then with a Convention and Visitors Bureau more than 30 years. The service at the hotel was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to... more

My husband and I stayed at the Renaissance Airport Hotel and just loved the courtesy and kindness of everyone that works here. From taking our luggage up to the room, from changing our room so we could have a plane view of the airport, also bringing us a refrigerator for our room. We shopped at the St Louis Mills and... more

The rate we got was about half of what was posted on the inside of the door to our room as the standard rate - which felt good. Part of the price that made this our hotel of choice was: #1. Frequent stay points #2. Free parking #3. A coupon for $25. food credit #4. Free internet usage The problems... more

Great stay at the Reniassance. The shuttle service was why we stayed there with an early flight the next day and it was on time and helped out remendously. Highly recommend the property for those needing to travel to St. Louis. Flat screen tv's in room and very helpful staff. Also, they serve the famous toasted ravioli there. What a... more

I recently spent 1 night at the Renaissance Hotel St Louis with my 2 children, 5 years and 18 months. The guest services manager (Zach Freeman) was so helpful in making our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. He helped me with my car rental return, got us situated with a crib and mini fridge and even provided us... more

I often travel and since St Louis (my nearest airport) is a 1 1/2 hour drive away from my location, if I have an early morning flight I will usually stay over at the Marriott or the Renaissance Marriott the night before. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels, and I'm not expecting the Renaissance to be, say,... more

Details to note: -The beds are very comfortable -The bathrooms are very nice, with great showers and lots of sink room -The lobby is decorated very nicely. -The concierge in front of the hotel was very friendly, however I... more

A strange looking flat black primer looking hotel. We only had interaction with one person. The desk lady. An obviously regular pilot was there trying to impress her. The second elevator had the door litterally laying down into the open elevator. Completely broke off. Took 10 minutes to get the elevator and go up to 8th floor. Food is very... more

I stayed here over two nights in August of 2008. The hotel is very nice. I had some troubles with the air condition in my first room. The room was not cool and was much warmer than the hallway. The staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. They moved me to another room where the AC preformed... more
