With the lobby being an old train station's grand hall and the hotel straddling either side of an indoor mall, it was probably the most interesting Hyatt I have ever stayed in. The architectural beauty of the lobby is stunning, and the way they have utilized the space for the needs of a hotel is interesting. The staff were all... More

We booked through Hotwire and paid $79 per night - which, in my opinion, is a steal! The staff made the biggest difference during our stay. Every staff person we dealt with was pleasant, attentive, friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk (Elizabeth) is a treasure. The kids loved the fact that they could step out of the... More

I had booked three days at this hotel as part of a conference. My flight to St. Louis was a nightmare aboard USAIR. The first leg of my trip was delayed so I missed my connection and the only way they could get me to St. Louis was to send me through Pittsburgh. Instead of arriving at the hotel at... More

My boyfriend and I did a short getaway to St. Louis, and we booked the Hyatt Regency through priceline and paid for two nights for the price of one! The hotel is amazing...it's located in Union Station, so there is plenty of shopping and restaurants right in the hotel! The location is great because it's right downtown and we were... More

I booked a 4 star hotel at Hotwire for $72 in Downtown St Louis for Mar 7-Mar 10. this was my first Hotwire experience so I was happy and relieved to see the hotel was the Hyatt. When we got there, we parked in the paid parking across the street and walked through the mall to reception. It was a... More

I booked it through priceline as I wanted to surprise my husband for a weekend gataway and paid $64 +taxes ($81 total) and it was awesome. It is a very pretty surrounding. Our room had a view on the pool and the hard rock cafe. the rooms are small but nicely appointed. It was an awesome value for us as... More

We chose to stay at the Hyatt for two days for some rest and relaxation. The recent ice storm in our area left us without power for several days. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room, well appointed and comfortable. Our problem began when we were awakened at 7:00am by pounding and what sounded like a jackhammer working in the... More

I traveled with my 9 yr old daughter to a dance convention. The facilities were great for archeticure and history. So beautiful..... However for a dance convention a little pricey. EVERYTHING is extra. They do have an outdoor pool but we stayed in march 2006. We are going again this year but staying in Collinsville because the other dance members... More

We were able to procure a rate of $89 per night for the Club Level (which usually cost around $200). Even at this rate we were still disappointed. The lobby and public areas are very nice but the staff is not at all helpful or friendly. When we pulled up, the doorman just sat there and stared at us! He... More
