The website photos were incredibly misleading. The pool, although indoors, is in such a large open space thats underheated its unusable. The rooms were terrible, you can't use the restroom in the middle of the night without its attached light waking up everyone sleeping in the main room. The hallway lights are so bright they shine in illuminating your room,... more

While the hotel was in a central location to the places we wanted to visit, it also shared a close lot with a bar! Not exactly what I had in mind with small kids in tow, also a bad place to be on a weekend. We got to our room and it was very cold outside. The heater was busted... more

If you expect a Hyatt with your hotel stays, then that's where you should stay: a Hyatt. There are plenty of other hotels in this area, so it's not like you're just narrowed down to this one. I needed a cheap motel for one night while in the Saint Louis area. This one was about $33 prepaid via the Days... more

I do not understand all of the negative remarks made about the property. We checked into the motel and noted there was remodeling. The staff was exceptionally friendly including Robin. We had no problems with the room and it was quite clean and spacious. We paid for a standard room. The staff was VERY HELPFUL and friendly. They seemed to... more

I would have liked to like this motel but I couldn't. Old motel in a great location. Close to shopping, eating, and freeway access. Horrible check-in experience. Dark, dingy, smelly rooms. Pool but no hot tub. Beautiful neon signs in pool area that was pitch dark otherwise. Broken handicap access toilet in lobby. Breakfast buffet ok and in a great... more

I made my reservation at least 3 weeks in advance to attend my granddaughters birthday party. My husband and I arrived on Aug. 22nd. and stayed for two nights. On the first night, I had to call down and ask for an iron. To my surprise, there was no phone in the room. No phone, no clock and no iron.... more

We were going to stay at another place and found this one online. We loved the fact of all of the things for the little one's. The staff was very friendly from the desk, the maids, and the breakfast ladies. It was quiet clean and we had alot of fun! We will be staying her whenever we travel to St.... more

Don't walk, RUN away from this place! It was horrible! Try the Best Western down the street, more expensive, but worth it. more

Even though the pictures make the hotel look like the most kid-friendly hotel ever, do take caution when choosing this hotel. They do have lots of things to keep children busy but it’s the condition of everything that makes you not even want to let your child play in/on any of it. Examples: 1. The play gym was so dirty... more
