Where do I start! We reserved three rooms weeks in advance. When we arrived they had given away one of our rooms. Found a third room close by - at another hotel. After checking in we waited and waited for the elevator, finally got to our room on the 15th floor. The key wouldn't work. Went back down, they reprogramed... more

Dirty, old , outdated hotel. Located right next to the highway and we couldn't get to sleep all night because of the noise. The room was so dirty I did not even want to walk on the carpet ad tile barefoot. I took pictures of the stained and broken plumbing in the room and sent them along with a letter... more
