I was not a fan of this hotel, the room they gave me was probably the worst room in the hotel. I would awake to Trash Containers being dropped onto a metal landing, Actually sounded like Very Loud Firecrackers going hut the 4Seasons, Yeah, I know, but it's not that expensive and there is a Casino there as well.

This was kind of a strange experience - the hotel lobby is good, the rooms were fine, but trying to find it with all the road construction was a pain. This is the first time that the Hilton did not provide lids for the coffee cups. There was no available coffee in the lobby or restaurant. Because this visit was over the Thanksgiving holiday services were limited for room maintenance. This is understandable but some compensation should be offered such as free drink or meal. A recent stay at the Hilton Downtown was delightful. The front desk staff was friendly and very efficient. Check-in was quick and informative. This particular location was once a major city bank. Good looking hotel lobby and this hotel is quite close to the arch and the capital. View of the arch isnt the best from the room, but we could see it. We ordered the room service food and it was really not that good. The parking was good in the ramp across the street.

Front desk very freindly had my reservations all set and quick sign in. Room very comfortable and located perfectly for our trip. The hyatt is right across the street and we went over there for a function. The restaurant there was poor service and not friendly so it was nice to go back to our hotel and feel very comfortable

My wife son and I stayed for two nights and we were extremely happy with the hotel.Food was good and staff very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in St Louis again I would not hesitate in booking this hotel.
