We had a nice room with a comfy bed & large bathroom. The furniture & hotel overall were lovely. The free breakfast was great too! The only real con was the parking garage. We didn't find any access from the hotel. The front desk just said to unload and go into it from around the corner. Not a problem checking... More

We stood here for 3 nights. The location was good. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance which was nice because you didn't have to drive. The room was fine. They provided robes for you to wear, which was a nice bonus. They also provided some snacks. I like how they had cookies on a daily basis and... More

Ugh. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The primary clientele are for the hospitals and if that's not you, it's a pretty depressing place to stay. I was there on business because all the other hotels were booked with university events. The lobby is a huge cavernous, disorienting place. The front desk is off to the side and not an attractive... Just a marvelous place to stay when you're in St louis. Why- it is close to about everything 10 minute ride to downtown. Spacy rooms, shower head sprays everywhere though and it takes about 3 minutes to get hot water in your shower let it run while u brush... No great view but hey you're in MO.

Aloha Everyone, I stayed at the Parkway Hotel this week while on a work trip to St. Louis. Key positives: super friendly staff, (Matt gets top nod), great location near Forest Park and neat eateries, decent room rates, plus excellent access to freeways and downtown. It's also next to, or basically connected to, several large hospitals and seemed like a... More

My team stayed here for the weekend and I have to say it was a very nice place to stay. Everybody that worked there were very nice to us and seem to like their job. We also met the owners, very nice people themselves. The ladies and gentlemen that cleaned the rooms took pride in their work. Nothing was left... More

We stayed at the Parkway for just one night on our way through town. It's right near Forest Park and just 4 miles from the Arch and downtown. A metro station is a block or two away, and parking at the hotel's garage and taking the metro to downtown is much less expensive than parking at Busch stadium. The hotel... More

I checked out yesterday. My first impression was not that great because I am use to staying in much nicer hotels. Then why five star? They are genienouly great at customer service. It is not like those places where someone is watching or training how to talk to people, or where you can sense that it is just a job... More

I stayed here for 6 nights attending the course at the Washington University Medical School. The hotel is located just next to the Wash U Cancer Centre and it looks like it caters to visitors to the centre as well as others who may need it. The staff are friendly, the place is neat albeit a bit dated and tea... More

Stayed here in March. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was just OK. Parking was not included but was in a safe environment and fairly priced. My only real complaint was that a couple times we were confronted by homeless people outside the entrance. The entire area feels... More
