First of all when I booked the room I was told I could request an Arch View. Not True. According to the hotel, you can only book Arch view directly through the Hotel itself. Before you book this hotel, be ABSOLUTELY sure you are in the North tower!! The south tower is the older one. We were booked in the south tower and the rooms are extremely outdated.
