We stayed here over 4th of July weekend and found the hotel to be close to everything we wanted to see. Union Station was 2 blocks away. One evening we walked to Union Station and caught the metro down to the the Arch, this was very convenient if you don't want to drive. The hotel staff was very friendly and... more

This is now a Drury hotel chain property. I stayed here with a friend to attend a couple of St. Louis Cardinals games. Getting to the park was easy. We could have walked about 30-40 minutes, but since it was approximately 95-100 degrees, we simply walked across the overpass bridge to Union Station and caught the Metrolink to the stadium.... more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Union Station during consecutive weeks back in March. I must say...it was like two different hotels. The first room I had was tiny...like, barely enough room to move around and only an uncomfortable chair to sit in (other than desk, which you couldn't see the television from). I think the issue with the room... more

I stayed here recently for about a week. I was excited about booking this hotel that was downtown and had free parking for such a reasonable rate. It was a nice hotel, the rooms were nice and the beds extra comfortable. We ate at Syberg's quite a bit and had drinks there at night. Definitely check it out if you... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while attending the Roccettes performance at the Fox Theatre. The location was very easy to find, and closely located to the theatre as well. It was within 2 blocks of Union Station,a comfortable walk. The hotel was well lit and safe. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room... more

My husband and I were on a Route 66 trip and came from Chicago. I read about St Louis being a dangerous city (at least some neighbourhoods) we didn't want to take to much risk. I read that this hotel should be close to the Union Station and the Hard Rock cafe. We were planned to arrive late and that's... more

excellent choice for a downtown hotel in st louis if you want to stay at a nice facility, conveniently located, with reasonable rates. Sort of on the edge of a questionable area for walking too far at night but 3 restaurants within 2 blks at never felt unsafe going in the direction of those restaurants. Front desk staff very polite... more

The hotel was very good...nice room and very clean...all the staff were friendly and capable. Breakfast offered a lot of variety..eggs, cereal, waffles, fresh fuit, etc. There is a gated garage for your car, but we were advised by the guy at the desk to remove everything from the car anyway. I have mixed feelings about the location. We could... more

The hotel is within walking distance of Union Station and the MetroLink which will easily get you to the Arch or Forest Park. If you are driving, the hotel has a gated garage for your car. The free breakfast was typical Hampton, but not much variety during our three day stay. Some "egg"-like product in the chafing dish every morning.... more

The hotel was located about 1/2 block from Union Station. What was nice about that was you were very close to everything yet somewhat isolated. The appearance of the Hotel was nice. The free breakfast was better than most. They had a nice selection. The pool did seem a bit small and was overcrowded however it was the 4th of... more
