I enjoyed this hotel! I have stayed at many hotels and this one was a surprise. The last time I stayed in St Louis - I booked swank. I paid more than twice what I paid at the Drury - and left disappointed. Perfect location, great extras, friendly staff, warm pool, nice room w/ a view. I will be back!

We stayed at the Pear Tree Inn Union Station from February 13-16, 2015. My family had a very good stay at this hotel and we recommend it! Highs: 1) It offered good value. 2) The facility was well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the furnishings were all in excellent repair. 3) The breakfast buffet was very well stocked, fresh,... We enjoyed our stay. The staff accommodated our requests for rooms together, extra towels, crib, maintenance, etc. with a smile and "we aim to please." Our family was there for 3 nights and the only criticism we had was regarding the restaurant. The food was mediocre and expensive.

We live an hour outside St. Louis in Rural MO and when we need a City Fix, we head for St. Louis. This has become our first choice hotel. Our family of five (three kids, two grups) can be comfortable in one room - roll-away and plenty of bedding provided at no extra charge. Other helpful freebies: undercover parking, quite... More

The hotel is located near the interstate. There is a restaurant attached and it is an easy walk to transportation. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with towels and uses a liquid dispenser for soap and shampoo. The breakfast buffet in the morning provided eggs and biscuits as well as waffles. The afternoon provides you with... More

Very clean comfortable hotel - nothing fancy - continental breakfast is free and bland. Eggs had no taste at all. Price was high for amenities received. We didn't visit hotel bar but rest seemed clean.

We checked in for a 2 day stay for a work seminar for my husband. When I mentioned we would prefer a quiet room, Nicole at front desk upgraded us to a 2 room suite so my husband could study in quiet! Nicole was so thoughtful and pleasant and yay...my husband passed all his tests! Our room was spacious, clean... More

Overall, I like the Drury Inn chain. But this one is on a street that would require walking via a highway overpass to get to the downtown area, where the Arch and other attractions are. The only people on the street at night are the occasional homeless. This property has seen better days. Outdated, dirty carpet, bathroom was unclean, and... More

The Pear Tree was clean and comfortable. Staff was definitely one of the nicest I have ever dealt with. The hotel experienced a building wide TV issue and they gave us 35% off our bill, which was unexpected and very generous. Location was good, too. Only about a 10 min walk to Scottrade and 20 to the baseball stadium.

we stayed here when we came in for a baseball game. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, good location, easy to get to. Rates very reasonable. Would recommend to travelers with family.
