We only stayed one night for Cubs/Cardinals game...nice location about a mile walk from Bush Stadium. Booked through hotels. com, easy check-in. In the Marriott family tree, Renaissance Hotels are supposed to be "boutique-inspired, full service hotels". The property is very pretty, with a large formal lobby and comfortable seating. The hotel is in the historic downtown area, and is very impressive looking. Unfortunately, impressive ends at the decor. Hmmm, seven people in line at check-in, which was early evening with no one checking out. One clerk who finally asked for help from another.
