TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I normally do not write bad reviews but I would NEVER recommend this hotel and will NEVER stay with them again. Management is rude and unprofessional. Checked in late to this property and had a 6AM flight the next morning. They clicked on all cylinders, shuttle, wake up , breakfast , coffee, all good and prompt. Service was very polite and accomodating. Proximity to the airport was perfect. More

I agree with previous comment on cab ripp off, we had similar experience with CAB driver recommended by Hotel. Not sure why Hotel continued to call this guy? We actually paid lot more then usual cab charges to go back to airport then we paid from airport to hotel. More

The reception staff was very helpful and the rooms were large and clean. Yes, the immediate area around the hotel does look a little run down.
