Dated rooms, unclean hallways, unhelpful staff, below average food in restaurants. Decided to give Sheraton a stay on one of my regular trips to the Lou. Big mistake, this very dated property needs some interior decorating and fast. At this price there are other clean, more contemporary hotels in the downtown area of the Lou. more

We experienced no problems during our Sunday night stay. Staff at check-in, bar, and check-out were cordial. The room was luxurious with great view of downtown. Fitness center was nice, although hot due to morning sun. Columns Bar great place for after dinner drink. Parking was $17 on site. No other services used. more
