The hotel is beautiful. Some of the cleaning may not have been the best but was clean for tge most part. I wasnt afraid to sit on anything or sleep on the bed. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant food was very good. Michelle in the restaurant was extremely helpful. Was a bit confused when got... More

Ok reason why I liked this hotel are... 1. Clean 2. Comfortable 3. Staff was awesome Reason why I hate this hotel 1. You gotta pay $17 a night to park there, there is no other place to park so you're kinda screwed 2. You gotta pay for the wifi... $3.95 for 2 hours or $9.95 for a 24 hour... More

I booked a room here because it was conveniently located near Busch Stadium. My wife and I were going there to watch three games, Mets vs Cards. The room was very spacious. We had a Deluxe King room with a jetted tub. The couch had a pull out queen bed, so this room would easily hold 3 or 4 people.... More

The parking is $17 EXTRA, the wiFi is $10 EXTRA and if you add that to whatever they charged you for the rooms with NO WINDOWS you will quickly realize that you could stay at a better, higher starred, hotel. This not a place to stay because it is great place to stay ..

Dear Fedora B, We are saddened to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We offer complimentary wireless in the lobby for all guests. We take your comment to heart about parking. We will evaluate our parking charges as compared to the other full service properties located in downtown St. Louis. Sincerely, Matt Sutherland More

Great rooms. Great reception at front desk very helpful. Be sure and ask about food delivery options it's alot easier than walking around at night with kids. St. Louis could use some better patrol. There where guys across the street at the bus stop smoking pot. Not good for children to see.

Check in was flawless. Garage is secure and a key card is required to enter hotel from garage. The most outstanding feature was the large room and double sink in room. We had two queen beds and a sofa which also would make out to a bed (though we did not need that). Unlike many rooms, there was room to... More

We really liked this hotel. It's definitely been around awhile; it looked a little rundown, but very clean. The base room price was excellent, but keep in mind that the price online is the room only. You pay for EVERYTHING else. That didn't bother us as we were only staying a couple nights. If we were staying longer, we'd want... More

In town for a night to see a Cardinals game. Picked it because of its location to the train station, but was pleasantly surprised. The exterior is a little plain, but the interior is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice lounge in the lobby, free WiFi and complimentary use of a computer/printer. The... More

Got great deal on king suite, they also included parking into price. Shower is huge and jetted tub was awesome. Rooms very spacious and clean. Only problems was no free wifi, no coffee or drinks in lobby but would definitely stay again.

The place is costly but you get the cheapest return of your investment. The room we were in was ok but the carpet was sticky. We have a 2 year old baby with us and we were afraid to let him roam around the room. Advertising says free WiFi but the disclosure is "you have to be in the lobby",... More
