Just steps from SLU--an excellent location--can park at hotel and 10 min walk to student center. Beautiful boutique hotel with each room a unique layout and wonderful "rainfall" shower. Lovely artwork throughout hotel. Has a nice cafe for a quick breakfast and across the street from Vito's (great italian food). The young man in reception was excellent--really went out of... More

Found the Hotel Ignatio online based on its proximity to Powell Hall when we got show tickets. VERY impressed with this hotel for many reasons, including: 1. Friendly, knowledgeable staff connected us with great dining options. 2. Central location - if you haven't been there before small tip - what looks like a pedestrian walk way is actually the front... Got a suite ,one of two there. Room 509 was told it was the bigger of the two and was disappointed by the size of the living / social area. The bathroom I rated 10 , the bedroom 9, due to staff not knowing about the lighting system. " was told on checkout how it works correctly, by a different... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights the weekend after Christmas. My mom flew in from Louisville, and we drove up from Memphis. The 3 of us and our Weim, Linus, stayed in a suite and were very comfortable. The bathroom is huge, the bed was comfy, and the views were amazing. This hotel is within walking distance from... More

Stayed at Hotel Ignacio while in St. Louis with 5 other girlfriends to see Jersey Boys at the Fox Theater. We had 3 double rooms on the fourth floor. The layout was different in each room and each room had its own unique features. It was a refreshing change to the normal cookie cutter style you find in chain hotels.... More

I wish my husband and I could have stayed additional nights, but our business trip just called for one overnight. This hotel is very modern, exceptionally clean, with stunning artwork displayed. The sitting area is large with comfortable, stylish furniture groupings and a beautiful, relaxing fireplace - even the background music set is great! Our room had a beautiful view... More

Cozy, artsy feel with better food and services than are found in all but ritzy big city hotels. It is small, private and close to arts/ent. central/west end areas of St. Louis. Can walk to the Fox theatre! We loved it and will definitely return!

This very modern VERY clean hotel was the perfect choice for our anniversary getaway! This hotel is WELL worth the money compared to other big name chain hotels. The decor, tempurpedic bed, modern luxurious bathroom and overall cleanliness alone were worth it to us compared to all of the chain hotels in the StL area. The hotel is walking distance... More

Only in town for a night to see a concert at Plush down the street. Pleasantly surprised. Very modern. We had a smallish room, but it was clean, well appointed and had a big bathroom. Plenty of room for two people in the shower (you know, to save water...). Nice sized safe in the closet and plenty of outlets for... More

I should start by saying my stay at the hotel was fabulous! Room service, accommodations and the adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of 5. My mistake was bringing our DVD collection to the room to entertain the kids on cold nights for our 5 day/4 night stay in January. 90 DVDs were stolen out of our case by... More

I am glad you enjoyed the hotel, but I am truly concerned and upset about the missing items. I did call you regarding this matter as we take this very seriously. Even though you noticed the missing items a few weeks after your stay with us, I do suggest filing a police report with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police. Our... More
