I was booked here for a nearby seminar. The check in girl was polite and helpful to me and my co-worker. I found out wifi was extra. I stayed with our bags while my co-worker parked the company van. The bellhop/valet guy comes over and said they enacted a no cooler policy but he could get me a sack to... More

The specific hotel I am addressing is HoteLumiere and NOT the Four Seasons hotel that is part of the same Casino complex. I stayed at the HoteLumiere for two nights. Must note that all of the hotel staff were professional, polite and as accommodating as they could be. However, the stay was one disaster after another. Our meeting started before... More

We chose this hotel for a weekend stay due to it's location. We were attending a football game at the Jones Dome, and planned to spend most of our time at Laclede's Landing. Upon being dropped off at the hotel, we were informed by the bellman in a very rude manner that they had implemented a "no cooler" policy a... More

I was excited to stay at this hotel, because the pictures looked so nice online. Well, pictures can be deceiving. I knew this had been an Embassy Suites hotel before, but since I'd never stayed at an Embassy Suites, I had no idea what that meant. Well, if what I got was any indication, I won't be staying at an... More

I was first very upset that they had lost my reservation...went out side a got the print out and after about 10mins...I just appeared. (hmmm....) The elevators were very slow, so I decided to take the stairs since we were on the second floor....won't do that again!!! The room wasn't that bad. Beds were comfy. The bathroom was pretty tiny,... I didnt actually stay in this hotel because the casino staff was so rude. i was in st louis on sat scouting vacation spots for the family. I was leaving the casino to go try to book a room and the security supervisor himself was very rude to me, berating me loudly all the way to the elevator even though... More

After we checked in, which took forever, we went to put our stuff in the room and used the restroom. The toilet flooded. My friends and I were using the ice bucket to try and catch water and dump it into the bathtub while we waited 15 minutes for a maintence man. (we called down 4 times!) and after the... More

My husband and I stayed at the Lumiere. We had stayed there before and we had a few concerns but not enough to not return. But this time we really had concerns, The staff at the front desk were extremly rude. The room was really dirty especially the bathroom behind the door. I guess housekeeping feels if they don't see... More

We travel a lot. What I want in a hotel are a number of things. Good price for value; price was excellent! Good room. The room was new, the decor was sharp, everything worked in the "room" (actually a two room suite) and super clean. 2 TV's, great bathroom and robes. The staff was efficient, courteous, professional and friendly with... More

The best thing about this hotel was the Gilchrest & Soames amenities in the bathrooms! There were divisional basketball championships going on when we checked in so the first two nights were very loud! Even after the basketball players were gone, the lobby music was loud. The staff was extremely rude, beginning at check in when were supposed to be... More

My sincere apology that your stay was less than you expected. We have 4 sides to the hotel and not every room has a view of the river or downtown skyline. We also have an underground walkway with escalators to move you to the exit which is directly across from the side entry to the Dome so you never have... More
