I normal travel on business but this time I was on a very long road trip with friends and we stoped in california and when we walked up to the building we were impressed. This was a great hotel and wonderful experience. It was clean and fun. more

Good location. Living area was nice except carpet needed cleaning. Bathroom was small, and needed more lighting. Beds were comfortable. Robe that was provided was badly torn , had a big hole in it. Would stay again only if carpet is cleaned. more

All suite smoke-free hotel with excellent location. Casino across the street, connected with indoor bridge to The Four Seasons. Guests at this property get to utilize the Spa at The Four Seasons and gain access to their rooftop outdoor pool. Wish we would have read the reviews for this hotel before staying there. The front desk staff made us feel like it was an inconvenience to check us in and out. They all seemed to hate their job. I stayed at this hotel on a whim; was actually offered free night's stay from the casino. All of the rooms at this hotel are suites, having a living room area with couch, desk, flat screen tv and bedroom with comfy bed and flat screen tv. This is my second trip to this really great hotel. When you enter your room there is a sitting area separate from the bedroom. We had a gift certificate we won at an auction and decided to use it for my husbands birthday this past weekend at hotel lumiere. The staff was great and even had a birthday card sent up to our room. I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. My husband and I traveled from three hours away with my parents and our five-month-old. This was our first trip away from home with our daughter.
