First impression is great. Lobby is very pleasant, staff accommodative (though they don't yet understand exactly how the priority club works), and hotel is located 2 blocks from Forrest Park, in the heart of the Central West End. We (a party of two adults and two young children) stayed overnight at this hotel earlier this month. I think the hotel hasn't been open a long time, so the staff weren't as knowledgeable as some but were courteous, helpful, and I'm sure will make a great team as they get to know the lay of the land a bit... more
