I am very hard to please, but the chase was wonderful. The food was perfect, the room spacious and comfy, and the staff friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The Chase IS lovely, luxurious, and has much to offer. However, if you want convenience, you will pay extra. Valet your car and it's great, but costs. Stayed the Chase for a working weekend. Grand old hotel - very nice rennovation. Rooms above average for a 4 star hotel - clean, views and great beds. Room service was prompt. Left cuftlinks at home - hotel had great gift shop with good selection. The only issue was the bill which had many unexplainable charges but they removed them.... more
