I stayed at the Chase on a long-term business trip in the Executive Suites. The hotel has everything you could possibly need and a very attentive staff. It has very recently been renovated. The rooms are a bit dark in their decor, but luxurious none the less with stellar views of either Forest Park or downtown St. Louis. Also being... more

The room they gave us (party of 3) was insanely small, bathroom had no bathtub. Called the front desk to ask for another room as I needed a bathtub to give my 4yr old a bath. Was told that the hotel was booked and that I should have asked for a bathtub when making a reservation. The shower didn't work... more

I am very hard to please, but the chase was wonderful. The food was perfect, the room spacious and comfy, and the staff friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Maria had all kinds of answers and not only did Medford give us a lift, he even entertained us. We will return, hopefully very soon.... more

I stayed at the Chase for five nights. The hotel is beautiful. It's located in a perfect place in the Central West End to browse the shops. bars, and restaurants. The Spa at the Plaza is wonderful and reasonably priced so be sure to schedule a massage, manicure, or pedicure. Valet parking is a nice perk--but gets expensive at $22... more

I was so excited to stay here. Living in St. Louis at one time, I heard awesome things about the Chase! Indeed it is beautiful. There is a lot to do there. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. Job well done to the valet parking attendants. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in... more

I recently stayed at the Chase Park Plaza for a conference, so the hotel choice was not made by me. While the hotel is a nice property (albeit with long corridors with short flights of steps that make rolling bags difficult), the service is poor, and the responsibility for said service, even worse. One night, I ordered room service and... more

My husband and I stayed at the Chase Park Plaza during our honeymoon. We found a great rate on Travelocity and called beforehand to request a quiet room, as we had read that lower floors sometimes get a little noisy. We found the room to be spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. No trouble with noise or any disturbances. The staff... more

The Chase IS lovely, luxurious, and has much to offer. However, if you want convenience, you will pay extra. Valet your car and it's great, but costs. Self park for less, but you'll get a long walk and no ramp for rolling luggage from the parking garage. Connect to the wired high speed Internet and it's good enough to stream... more

My fiance and I stayed at the Chase after a 10 day trip to Ireland where we lived out of a new hotel nearly every day. Our room (1 bedroom corner suite) overlooked the pool. The room was clean, airy, the flat screen tv was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lots of closet space and the room has... more

Stayed the Chase for a working weekend. Grand old hotel - very nice rennovation. Rooms above average for a 4 star hotel - clean, views and great beds. Room service was prompt. Left cuftlinks at home - hotel had great gift shop with good selection. The only issue was the bill which had many unexplainable charges but they removed them.... more
