The building is over 120 years old, but the owners didn't scrimp: electrical, plumbing, and the structure are solid and up-to-date so you won't have any problems with balky showers and lack of outlets. The location, north of Lafayette Park, really couldn't be better. Easy parking, a beautiful park a block away, quick access to all the major freeways and... More

It was a pleasure having the two of you as our guests. Thank you for the lovely compliments about our inn. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay (and breakfast!) and were able to take advantage of our convenient location. More

We were enamored by this old house and Marie is a wonderful host. Everything was clean and we were close to major sites. Marie also had many suggestions and knew a lot about the city. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

We traveled with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time! The B&B is restored to its original beauty with many interesting details. The breakfast was always good with special attention to unusual breads and sweets. Lots of fun at the breakfast table with other guests! The sleeping was very good- quiet, quiet, quiet. We could come and go as... More

6 neighbors stayed for 3 days in 3 wonderful rooms in this quiet friendly B&B. Marie was attentive to our needs and offered advice and counsel. Noras room was spacious and very comfortable and was a welcome retreat after walking the nearby park and visiting neighborhood restaurants. Located on a side street away from traffic gives one the feeling of... More

This is a great B&B for families. There is a park with a playground across the street and great restaurants just a block away. Marie was a wonderful hostess. She was very sweet to our children ages 5 and 8. My husband and me slept great on the tempur-pedic beds. We had plenty of clean towels and nice toiletries. We... More

The Lehmann House B&B was even better than we'd imagined. It's a handsome 19th-century structure, lovingly furnished, on a quiet street in a convenient and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood. While beautifully run as a B&B, it is also a home--with musical instruments in the parlour, family mementos in the library, and real houseplants throughout. We were very comfortable in the Maids' Room... More

Wow! A magnificent building in a quiet, old world setting. The first impression of this Victorian mansion is that it is a little faded but the tasteful and thorough renovation provides period charm and modern facilities. The renovation continues. The hostess is charming and the breakfast particularly good - home cooked and imaginative. Not to be missed. Friens in St... More

We chose St. Louis for a girl’s weekend, coming from within the state of Missouri and from Texas. We were not sure where to stay in St. Louis, but knew we wanted to stay in a B&B. We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty & history of the Lehmann House. We felt very secure in the home and in the... More

A visit to the 1800's in this gorgeous, quaint block and home. Ask Marie for the intriguing history of Mr. Lehmann's contribution to St Louis and the "greater good." Make sure you read the visitors notebook when you get to your room and you will have everything you need!-When you can walk one block to coffee, chocolate and a microbrewery,... More

Lehmann House was selected for the meeting place for seven high school friends who had not been together in almost 25 years. It proved to be the ideal location. Each room worked well and we enjoyed learning about the history of the house. It has wonderful character. The breakfasts exceeded expectations, and catching up and reminiscing on the front porch...
