We've stayed several times with Rick at the Brewer's House. When you approach, driving past an abandoned brewery, you might pause, but the house is a lovely, well kept beauty with a nice outdoor space. The rooms are very comfortable, there are lots of very interesting things to look at, and Rick is an interesting fellow who prepares a wonderful... More

Thanks to tripvadvisor I came across this bed and breakfast. I wasn't even looking for a bed and breakfast, but the ad drew me to this. It was a home from the 1840's that was comfortable, inviting, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast's were excellent and it was very reasonable priced for what you got. We wanted... More

My favorite thing about our stay was our host. His name escapes me now (this was 6 weeks ago), but he was fun to talk to and knowledgeable about the area. He also made very good breakfast both days. His pancakes fluffy and were really yummy. Seriously! We've stayed in a lot of B+B's that brag on their food, but... More

We picked this place after seeing some good reviews online and we were not disappointed. It was our first time ever staying at a BNB and I think Rick (the owner) ruined all other experiences for us. From start to finish our weekend was incredible and a huge part of that was due to where we stayed. We had the... More

We have stayed at Brewer's House several times (at least three, but my husband believes it has been 4!!!) and each time we feel more like we are going to visit a friend! We love the proximity to the music venues, restaurants, and microbreweries that we like to go to when in St. Louis. Like everyone else who has written... More

My partner and I stayed there recently to celebrate his birthday (we actually live just 10 minutes away). The Brewers House is a wonderful place with Rick being the consummate host. The Brewers House is located in the charming 19th Century Benton Park Neighborhood (with a great eclectic mix of dining and drinking establishments also) is a perfect locations: close... More

We recently stayed at the Brewers House in St. Louis because our regular place is under renovation. The Brewers House was a wonderful surprise. We were the only guests there but our host Rick more than made up for it. We spent several hours over three days at his kitchen table talking about St. Louis, the Pope, and just about... More

Rick and Arlander made our stay in St. Louis so special that we will only stay at Brewers House B&B when we go to St. Louis. A hotel will never compare to the unique hospitality that Rick provided to us during our stay. You don't feel like you are staying in someone else's house and feel as if you are... More

I have stayed here for several occasions and what a wonderful fun B & B. You are close to the downtown and the Ark and several night clubs and serious shopping. Also gay friendly and there are three gay bars very near, This area reminds me of the Castro in San Francisco but not as hectic and not near th... More

Rick at the Brewers House offers up a great B&B. It's a perfect place for two couples to meet as there is a comfortable home-like living room to gather, sip some wine (or beer, since it is St. Louis), and renew friendships. It's a great location when visiting St. Louis - very easy access and the nearby Sidney Street Cafe... More
