Location is good. However there is a lot of construction going on in the area -- seem to be trying to revitalize downtown St. Louis. Rooms are very nice -- it was a nice surprise. Air conditioning is not the greatest....rooms were very warm and humid....hard to cool down. more

Looks can be very deceiving!! The people were very nice but as soon as we got to our room I noticed the LIGHT BULB WAS OUT in the bathroom. The outside of this place needs repairs. Things like worn carpet and dining room china stick out. However, once you get inside the room, everything in sparkling. The value is great. I'll be staying again in October. more

OK, the 'above average' overall experience does NOT include check-in. We were in town with a large convention and it took a solid TWO HOURS of standing in the lobby to get checked in.
