Stayed here on a Friday night for a concert. Got a great rate, convenient location close to the venue. Very accommodating staff, friendly, quick check-in, had a nice large room with a good view of the arch. Water in the lobby was delicious! Parking a few blocks away, while a bit confusing with a maze of aisles and entry/exit points,... More

From the moment you walk into the Hyatt Regency at The Arch, the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel special, and at home. Great location, excellent choices for food and beverage, super clean rooms...there is nothing negative I can say about my stays here. One of my favorite aspects is the 9 PM - 9... More

The helpful stuff made my stay special. I arrived at the hotel early morning and was able to check in without problem. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good size tv. Room service was speedy and prices were standard for 4 stars hotels.

I agree with the review of pm_marie that the hospitality of the staff made this a terrific hotel stay during a recent conference for the Children's Hospital Association. These are the most sincerely engaging hotel staff I have encountered, friendly, personable and genuine in their desire to ensure you are having a great stay. If I paused in the lobby... More

My husband and I stay here ALL the time when we travel to St. Louis. How do we afford it? Priceline. If you aren't naming your own price on Priceline, you should. Typically wait until the day before, or the day of and BAM, enter something low, like $50 and you're likely to get this hotel. The hotel is super... More

This was our second stay at this hotel, and my husband and I loved it. We were in town this time for a concert and arrived in the afternoon. (The first time we stayed, our young daughter joined us and thought it was 'fancy'.)The fitness center is incredible--clean, tons of equipment, with plenty of windows to watch the city happenings... Amazing staff, they were very friendly and professional. The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is an excellent place to host or attend a conference. The hotel has a contemporary decor and offers a lot of perks from a 24-hour fitness center, large suites, and great restaurants.

I was upgraded for some reason which gave me a good starting point. The room was very large with nice-sized windows and a large bed. That rate was very good for this hotel quality. But to save money you can park yourself in a nearby hotel lot a half block away. Easy walking distance to the Arch and several good... More

We had a good time at Hyatt. I got a good deal through Hot wire. Though I had a bargained rate, I was upgraded to Junior Suite freely. This hotel is located at the heart of the downtown, very convenient location. Rooms were clean and the staff were very cordial.

We have stayed at this property a number of times, most recently for the 2012 Missouri Valley Basketball tournament. The hotel, always good, has been noticeably improved. The rooms remain a little small, but are quieter. The elevators run quickly, which wasn't always the case. The bars/restaurants are good, and my wife enjoyed having a Starbuck's on site. Most importantly,... More
