So close to arch it looks like you can touch it. This has a brewhouse with great beer selection an is walking distance to anything downtown... I.E. baseball stadium or hockey arena. A lot of rooms, so you can usually get a reasonable rate.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis at the Arch. From the moment we entered the drive for valet parking till the moment we pulled off the property heading home, we could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and courteous. The drivers out front handled our... More

It’s tremendous to hear how well your stay went with us. I’m so glad to hear all of the staff members that you encountered that took such great care of you. It’s a shame that you visited us on such a sad day, our hotel is pet friendly and our staff loves seeing all the dogs come in. I can... More

My husband I stayed here for a weekend trip to St. Louis. The hotel is very nice, the parking garage is convenient. The room we stayed in was small, but clean, and had a view of the Arch and the river. It was a long walk after getting off of the elevator, winding down several hallways to get to our... More

Thank you for your review and recommendation. I’m glad to hear that so many aspects of your stay exceeded your expectations. In regards to your coffee in Red Restaurant – the blend we use is “Torrefazione Coffee” – which is a product of Starbucks. If you find it to be too bold in the future, our waitress can gladly offer... More

We loved the location with view of the Arch, and the parking in the garage next door is a bargain. But coffee makers are only availabe on request, and the telephone was not answered and the person in the lobby was not too keen to help. We had brought along our own, with cups, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. A... More

I apologize for the difficulty you experienced in getting a coffee maker. We do offer them complimentary to all guests by request. The reason we do not have them in all rooms is because we found that most of our guests preferred complimentary Starbucks vouchers, which we provide to all Gold Passport members at check in. We are evaluating all... More

I usually travel to St Louis for business and I bring my wife alone too. It's usually a minimum of a 2 week stay. Knowing we are there for quite a lengthy period, we like to be in a room that's comfortable, clean and has the breakfast table and the 2 chairs. We were booked in from the end of... More

Was here for a conference and this hotel has a great location. Smack in the middle of everything. I am not sure if it is worth the price as my company paid for the room but the rooms were great. Hotel staff was fine and their service was good..nothing to brag about.

I stayed at this Hyatt three different times, three weeks in a row. The location is great, right downtown and across from the Arch. Unfortunately the staff is just not into being helpful. For one thing, the front desk person who checked me in all three times did not acknowledge that I had stayed there the week before! The bellmen... More

Very pleased with my stay. The rooms are a little small, but the interior design is nice. Parking is a little steep ($20), but 1/2 block away is a cheaper option.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms are nice. It is walking distance to the Arch, the metro, and several restaurants. However, the jewel in this hotel's crown is the hotel staff. Andrea in customer service was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the local restaurants and entertainment. She answered all of our questions about the metro and general... More

Wow – thank you for your great comments! Andrea is our concierge, and actually she was just awarded “Associate of the Year” for 2011.
