Overall, a very good hotel. The best part was the excellent staff. The front desk clerks were consistently helpful and welcoming. I also liked it that the staff is empowered to do their jobs and correct any deficiencies without having to go ask their manager. When I checked out, there was a charge on the bill the should not have... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on the 31st of July. We booked it from hotwire. What a great deal! Room was spacious and had a king bed...very comfy. I had to have surgery the next morning and this place gave us a place to relax and gather ourselves before the upcoming stressful day. Location was great and... More

We stayed here on a recent trip to celebrate our anniversary in downtown St. Louis. Great experience all around. We stayed on the Club level and found it worth the few dollars more. A newspaper delivered to the door every morning, a nice Continental breakfast in the lounge, snacks all day (great chocolate chip cookies) then appetizers and discounted drinks... More

Nice hotel. Good location downtown near all of the action. Clean, comfortable....Helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. However, beware when you make reservations. The CLUB level just means your room is on that floor. Unless you pay an additional 50 dollars a night you can't use the Club facilities. Other than that I would stay there again. Just on a... More

Thank you happytourist47, for your 4-Star review and feedback. You are correct, our Regency Club, which offers deluxe continental breakfast, daily snacks and appetizers, is available for an upgrade fee of $50 per day. Guestrooms are available on that floor, but without upgrading you do not have access to the Regency Club. Thank you for your great rating and comments... More

I found a great deal on priceline and it was worth every penny and more. We had a great view of the arch and the bed was super comfy. The rest room was huge and relaxing (no bathtub). Big mirror with a flat screen tv. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer.

What a view of the famous Arch! Great location for walking distance to Arch, ballpark and places to eat. Brewhouse restaurant at Hyatt was unique and food was great. Ruth Chris restaurant was pricy and just ok. We hosted a large conference at Hyatt and meeting facilities and staff were first class. Definitely plan on coming back either to host... More

Hyatt properties have always been higher end but the location and services at this hotel make it one of the best. It's located just across the street from the arch and the courthouse and four short blocks from Bush Stadium. It's also an easy walk to all of St. Louis' shopping. The rooms are large and comfortable and very quiet.... More

The Hyatt St. Louis at The Arch is at a great location. The hotel is very nice inside, and has a lot to offer in amenities. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, and ready to help. It is a very large property, but feels much smaller based on the quality of service.... More

This is a very nice hotel--a Hyatt right downtown, you can be sure the staff knows how to run a hotel. The location is great for touristy stuff--you could hit the base of the arch with an 8 iron, and right next to the arch is the Old Cathedral. Our room had a view of the river and the Eads... More
