Spent one night at the Hyatt in early June with my husband and 2 kids. The hotel location is excellent! Walking distance to many St. Louis sites...the Arch is right across the street! The room was very nice...great view of the city. We chose the room/breakfast package and the breakfast was very good. Starbucks on site...very nice! Our only complaint... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this week. The front office manager Keith and the staff were extraordinary. The club lounge was also clean with a good food selection. The rooms were much roomier than I expected in a downtown hotel. The view of the Arch was spectacular. We had friends traveling with us that were not familiar... More

Surprisingly nice, considering how reasonable the rate. Feels like it was just updated, with brand new linens and decor. Service from the staff was very good, with the only hiccup being the parking valets and how long it takes to get ones car from the garage. Ask for an arch view room. It's worth it.

Thank you abgwin, for your outstanding 5-Star review. I’m glad to hear that you were able to enjoy one of our fantastic Arch-View rooms! This is a wonderful hotel, and the location can't be beaten. Though the building itself is somewhat "classic", the rooms have been very well redone. The beds are very comfortable, and plenty of outlets are available if you need to plug things in near the bed. The only slight complaint is that the coffee maker was in the bathroom, which... More

A busy and crowded hotel. Location is great, just few steps to the arch, and walking distance to the Cardinals stadium. That is maybe good for the fans but bad for the driver who wants to reach the hotel after the game. A lot of roads blocks and detours.

Thanks mza202 for your business and 5-Star review. I agree 100%, downtown St. Louis can definitely be hectic before and after a Cardinal’s game. Hopefully the traffic didn’t keep you from enjoying your visit with us. Please let me know if there’s any assistance I can provide for your next visit. Thank you again for the 5-Star rating! The Hyatt at the Arch was great! the staff is very pleasant and service was good. The hotel is very contemporary. Located in downtown St. Louis right across from the Arch. I had even # room on 14th fl. with partial view of the Arch. I was still able to see the lights of Busch Stadium and the Old courthouse... More

Thank you beadinglady for your detailed review! I’m glad to hear all of your great comments about our location and the hotel’s many restaurants. I apologize for your noisy neighbor; we are a pet friendly hotel, but keep dogs only on the 5th floor. We also ask that dogs be kept under control, and if they aren’t, unfortunately we do... More

The Hyatt at the Arch is a beautiful hotel. I've stayed there 4 times now and have never been disappointed. I've stayed in the King Arch View Suite, a regular king room and a Jr. Suite and all have been very clean and comfortable. The Bar in the hotel, the "Brewhouse" is a great place to go but be advised,... More

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and loved our stay. We ended up staying in our room a lot more than we expected (with the brutal humid 98 degree heat) but the room was so nice we didn't mind. We had a corner Arch view and the rooms seem like they are brand new -- great bathrooms, comfortable bed,... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The room was very clean. The only problem we had is the check in kiosk never dispensed the room keys. We ended up having to stand in the line to speak to an agent and they gave us keys to a room on the 14th floor which didn't exist. So, back to the... More

Thank you, NovemberBride27, for your feedback and 4-Star rating.
