I stayed at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch for 4 nights from the 9th of April until the 13th of April. This was a business trip for the 42nd Annual Meeting of the Shakespeare Association of America. The public areas of the hotel were nicely appointed and comfortable to be in; the conference venues were open and... More

Fantastic location, I've stayed here often, even back when it was the Adam's Mark. This stay the place is looking a little tired. Did not get a "superior" room, and the standard room is in need of attention. No coffee in the room is a pain.

Stayed first part of April. This is a very nice hotel two great bars and just a short walk to the ball park. The arch is right out the door of the hotel. Did not have much time to walk the area other then the ball park. Would stay again and will be in a few weeks.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt last week. My room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. My experience with the front desk was great, however I was part of a large group checking in all at the same time. My reserved room wasn't ready but they found... More

My experience this past weekend with the Hyatt St. Louis at the Arch was unpleasant. Mostly it had to do with the front desk staff. We had reservations booked and were told they were sold out and we had to leave the hotel. They said they would locate another hotel for us - which they did - at about $150.00... More

My experience this past weekend with the Hyatt St. Louis at the Arch was, simply put, unpleasant. There are multiple reasons why my stay at this “featured” property left much to be desired; however, it began with the actions and attitude of the front desk staff and, more specifically, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Now, don’t get me wrong, the... More

The rooms are oddly spartan for supposedly being "deluxe" -- towels are thin and cheap-feeling, toilet paper is single ply, beds have no fitted sheets and a very thin duvet, furniture is sparse, only one nightstand and it only has outlets on one side. There's no free WiFi -- it's at least $10 a day. You're really paying for the... More

Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the Great downtown location. We were able to walk to the arch, the new baseball village, Busch Stadium... even Scott Trade Center and the Peabody Opera House. Rooms were quiet. Loved the comfy bed and spacious shower. Restaurants were pricy but had good food. The Brew House sports bar was hopping on the weekends.... More

The room had a view of part of the Arch and Mississippi River which I appreciated. I did not appreciate however, having to get the maintenance man up to fix the heat. The tub wouldn't hold water but at 11 pm, I wasn't going to wait to clean up so showered. The bed and chair were comfortable but there was... More

I would have given the hotel itself Three (3) Stars based on the room I got. Clean but average at best. There was a view of a portion of the Arch and the river, which was fine. I only had one chair and no table. I had a long day and ordered room service one night and had to eat... More
