To all the Saint Louis staff reading, it is Mr. Lao! I miss you guys. The Sheraton at Dallas is not so friendly nor welcoming. Saint Louis Hyatt is great, from the front desk to the concierge to the food. Rooms are all modern and clean. Bathrooms all modern and clean. The regency club room was great, Lolita and Mike... More

I have been here three times for conferences. The rooms are extremely nice and the view of the arch is spectacular. The staff is top notch and meets every need you have. The bar in the lobby has excellent staff that know how to deal with large crowds and still provide top notch service. Although I am definitely not a... More

I would have given this a 5 except this hotel was catered for male guests. There was no bath tub to relax in after a long day site seeing. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. More

Thank you for your high rating and great comments about cleanliness and good service. I apologize that your room didn’t meet your preferences for a bath tub. We have rooms with various layouts, most of which do have a bathtub. Please contact me if there is anything at all that I can do for you. Thank you again, Chris Palid... More

Attended a 3 day, 2 night business meeting. Absolute excellent facility downtown. My wife and I had a room on the 15th floor with an excellent view of the arch. Our meetings included meals so we did not have a need for the on-site restaurant, however we did go to the sports bar located in the lobby on a couple... More

My husband and I took a quick, unexpected trip to STL. We got a room - with a view of the Courthouse - on the 15th floor in a package deal including an incredible buffet breakfast ($35.00 value) for $122. The chef made delicious omelets, and whoever made the pastries - hats off! It is a great location in the... More

OK, i have 2 favorite hotels in St Louis, but only one is located downtown! The Hyatt is the place for me. After a glorious renovation was recently completed, the hotel has returned to its grand reputation in the city. Rooms are beautiful, and more than comfortable. The staff is great! The Club level on the 17th floor is the... More

I rated this hotel well because of the incredibly friendly staff! You would be hard pressed to find nicer folks. To a person, everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant. What a refreshing change! The hotel itself is nice enough; the elevator configuration seemed to confuse a few folks. One bank of elevators only goes to... More

We stayed at the hotel for a quick get away weekend. The location was great. We loved our partial view of the Arch. The sports bar was busy and had a great selection of draft beers. The bartenders were very friendly. We didn't try the food because we were looking forward to finding some fun local spots. The room didn't... More
