Great staff, clean and comfy rooms. Just a little loud as the doors are kind of thin. Seemed like people were walking in our door when they were really going in their own door. Once you get past about 11 pm things quiet down and you get good sleep.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and I frankly felt it was already time to write a review. I would usually wait until my stay is through, but what is striking is the staff. The hotel is neat and clean, with the typical amenities you would expect from a Hyatt. But the noticeable thing is that every single person you... More

The location was great however my room was not very clean, the tub didn't drain well so I had to lay towels in the tub so I didn't have my feet in the standing water. I have never had athlete's foot my entire life but I did when I returned home from this hotel. Months of trying to contact management... More

We came in town to see St Louis University and came two days early. Hotel room was great, did have issues with temperature in room to warm or cold, but we figured it out by just changing temperatures. What made my rating high was the staff. I can not remember the last time any hotel staff was as superb as... More

Overnight trip for an event in the city. Hotel is clean, rooms well appointed. Complimentary Starbucks coffee and a selection of teas was a pleasant surprise. Room temperature difficult to control... either too warm or too cool. Great water pressure in the shower. Hotel seemingly full for a wrestling competition. Noise not a concern at all. Would definitely stay here... More

Just the highlights: #1: located just in front of the Arch - which means, you can walk to the Arch, avoid the long queue (since you'll be the first in line! in the morning) enjoy the best experience at the Museum of Westward Expansion at your leisure. #2. Perfectly located downtown, so walk around and you'll find amazing food places.... More

In the heart of Saint Louis within walking distance of many attractions and the closest hotel to the convention center. Nice rooms, restaurant and bar in the hotel. As of this writing, the hotel is being renovated so expect noise during the day and some confusion in navigating some areas of the hotel

Stayed one night last summer after catching a Cardinals game - service was great, everyone was friendly and all questions and needs were addressed above expectations. The rooms and hallways were kind of drab, so maybe they will remodel sooner rather than later. Enjoyed being near the arch which allowed for additional sightseeing in my short time in town!

Our room was spacious and seemed freshly redone. No issues. The standout is the staff: EVERYONE is uber friendly and eager to please. They even have a text number for instant info and answers to questions. ONE caution: the self park is ONLY available at the discretion of management. BIG events in the hotel and it's VALET only. Self park... More

I attending a business meeting at this hotel and was very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were very comfortable beds, large showers, and nice views. There are plenty of elevators to handle large groups of people and the meeting rooms were top notch. There are multiple restaurants in the lobby for those who do not want to leave for... More
