I booked this hotel on Hotwire and was not disappointed. It was clean and service was mostly good. Rooms were clean and nice. The view and location are perfect. You are right downtown, at the arch, and the views from the room cannot be beat anywhere in St. Louis. Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at for a... More

This is a solid hotel right at the arch...you can step out and its only a few hundred feet away. The location is downtown and close to the stadiums. The staff is very nice and the hotel amenities were good. The lobby is very nice and there is starbucks, solid restaurant and plenty of things nearby if you need items.... More

Great hotel to catch a Cards game and just second from the Arch!! A short walk to Busch Stadium!! Plenty of thing to do with in walking distance!! Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Parking is high but that is what you get what you stay at a downtown hotel!! I Would stay there again for sure!!

The best base of operations for attending the st Louis Cardinals winter warm up fan convention. Their package includes 2 tickets to the convention and a very reasonable room rate. It's great to be able to ride the elevator to your room to take a rest in the middle of the day Nice rooms, good service, and the brush includes... More

We stayed at he Hyatt for two nights for the New Years holiday package. The staff at he hotel are very attentive and courteous. The rooms are immaculately clean although the hallways could use more regular vacuuming especially along the edges. For such a large group, checking in was very well organized. The location of this hotel is great and... More

Very nice and clean hotel next to the arch. The Red Bar had one of the best Mojitos I have ever had, and the Brewhouse had excellent food and staff, with a great selection of local beers. Only a few blocks to the convention center.

The rooms were nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The workout room is just about the best I have seen in all my travels over the years. I think this is the first time I have gotten toothpaste as an item in the bathroom when I got there.

Stayed here back in July 2014 and have to say its an awesome location and very close to the arch and any place you want to go downtown. We walked most places and didn't get tired! The room was jr suite that had views of the arch and service was great. Really like the no checkout policy at The hyatt.... More

This hotel is located right next to the arch. I stayed for 3 nights while attending a conference. My room was a large L shaped suite-like configuration. I had a problem with the plumbing in my room. The hotel staff responded promptly and changed my room. My bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The... More

I stayed here on the 10th of January, and walked into what I thought would have been a great night. I travel for a living building properties (extended stay type hotels , which are currently the fastest growing in America). My boyfriend and I decided to book last minute. The guest service reps await your arrival and walk you to... More
