After reading the reviews on this website for this hotel we were a bit nervous about going. However we found our stay at this hotel a good experience. We parked in the Hilton hotel parking structure one block away from the hotel after reading the other reviews. The valet parking at the Hyatt did look busy. The Hyatt has a... more

This hotel has recently purchased by Hyatt. I was expecting the rooms to be a little out of date, but the service should have still been good. For the most part, it was not. The bell staff was great, but that was it. Check in and Check out were time consuming. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but the left trash... more

Overall the "Hyatt" was a decent hotel. However, there is nothing about it that makes it a Hyatt. It is still very much an Adams Mark hotel. We only paid $55 on priceline for this room, so we definitely got a good value. Our room was okay. Our air conditioning was broken and it was over 80 degrees and stuffy... more

We recently booked 2 rooms at the Hyatt riverfront. As I am a trip advisor member, I obviously did go through the reviews and one of the things that came out was room quality. After my stay, I would rate room quality as only average. Here is what the hotel has it going for it: Location View of the Arch(... more

I was in STL for a conference recently and the conference organisers booked this hotel for me. Then I read the Tripadvisor reviews, and got a bit worried. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. I didn't have a car with me, so can't comment on the parking issues that other reviewers have mentioned, but just about... more

My wife and I just returned from a trip to St. Louis with our 2-year old. We took her to the Cardnial game and really liked staying at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront. It is a short walk to both the ballpark and to "The Landing." Having stayed their before when it was the Adam's Mark, we had a... more

Excellent location for anything downtown. Used this hotel while in St.Louis to attended 2 St.Louis Cardinals games. Was a 5 Minute walk to the park from the hotel. Hotel has a grand lobby and excellent staff. I was in for 2 nights and both days there was lots of staff on hand to help. Rooms are tired looking but everything... more

Overall, the Hyatt was solid - nice, clean rooms, decent service, etc - about what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Some in our party said their rooms weren't very clean (old wing, not yet remodeled?) . Mine was fine. The experience was almost ruined by the valet - waited 25 minutes to valet Friday night (would have left after 5... more

I attended a conference at this hotel several weeks after it switched from being an Adam's Mark hotel. My room was in pretty sad shape -- burn hole in the comforter, stains on the rugs, discolored grout in the bathroom. I tried to get dinner in the hotel one night and even though the restaurant had only about 50 people... more

Hyatt should be ashamed to put there name on this property and do nothing to change the service or infrastructure. Until a few months ago, this property was an Adam's Mark. In general, this property is outdated and depressing despite perhaps THE best location in the City. What is perhaps most offensive is the attitude of the employees in the... more
