The maids made sure my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and spot less in every way. This was anything but quality and when I complained, the front desk said in a nutshell - I'll let my manager know. The towels were frayed (I took pictures - couldn't believe it), the bed was lumpy. We stayed here after long drive. Price was reasonable. Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. We enjoyed heated pool too. Staffs are gr8 means very helpful. Defiantly, we will stay here when we pass Rolla.

Everything was great will be staying there again on our way home. Convient to everything. Denny's close, Waffle House also. Easy to get too. Will recommend this place to other people. Very polite people.

Room 103. Basic room and breakfast. Had accessible large shower/toilet room with sink outside. Comfortable chair and ottoman. Very quiet, although there were many other guests on our floor. Small indoor pool. Breakfast area is cramped. Only problem was ice machine on our floor not working and closest stairway was closed for painting. Good Wi-Fi. We would stay here again.

We loved staying here. The bed was wonderful and comforter was absolutely amazing. Very clean and wonderful shower head. Only thing I wish was different is that the shower room would have a vent/fan. We got an excellent price for advance booking/payment. Thank you, staff, for doing such a fine job! We've already booked again!

We stopped at Rolla during our road-trip and I would say we received very nice service during our stay. Manager was quite helpful also gave direction for local places and routes. Besides room was clean and neat with excellent room services. I guess that's what we overall looking for. I will come again for sure .

Upon our arrival, front desk receptionist was half asleep and in the zone at 6 pm....asked for quiet room in advance, and received room near stairs, ice maker, and across from at least two to four screaming children.
