This is a wonderful place to stay in a quiet town. The grounds & house are gorgeous & so relaxing. There are beautiful porches to relax on with a hot tub on one. There is a DVD/Video player available in the sitting room with snacks & various flavors for hot tea. There are 3 rooms with private bath, one with... More

Me and my boyfriend went for a royals game and loved it! Besides it being a bit far from Kauffman stadium it's a nice little drive full of scenic views on our way to the city. The room was exactly like the picture, roomy and very spacious. The inn keeper was out of town but her assistant made us feel... More

Robin did such a great job of making our stay delightful. She adds some very nice touches like the evening dessert when we return in the evening. The bed and breakfast is spotlessly clean, the food is great and we look forward to our return.

We enjoyed our stay because:the room was very tastefully done and was spotlessly clean, the meals were great with a thoughtful variety each morning and delectable treats were waiting for us each evening. Robin was a delightful host. We look forward to our return.

My husband and I spent our wedding night at Mulberry Hill. The Garden of Eden room (i.e. bridal suite) was lovely and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was available, and we loved the dessert - it was a great treat after a crazy day. Breakfast was delightful, and we were fortunate enough to be staying there at the same time... The place is beautiful as the pictures depict. I have a BIG issue with their view of children. In fact, in my opinion their view borders on discrimination. The establishment charges an extra $35 per child. In reality, apparently the $35 fee is to discourage anyone from actually bringing children with them to this B&B. Robin made it clear that... More

Mulberry Hill does not have an issue with children at ALL as long as pre-registered and post-registered guest for the same stay period are in compliance. Most guests come to our estabiishment for rest and relaxation so we feel obligated to ensure that the presence of children during their stay will not cause an issue. We have had children on... More

My three daughters, their families and my wife and I spent three nights while attending my sister's 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Rooms were lovely. The entire place was spotless. The breakfasts were quite good. Robin was a gracious hostess and tried to anticipate our every need. Given the quality of the facility and the service, the rates are a definite... More

My husband and I were meeting half way between our home and his job..We decided to try a bed and breakfast..Saying it was an amazing experience would not do it justice. Robin was accomodating and very informative on activities and places to eat. Her meals were hot and delicious. We felt as if we were home. We will definately be... More

I stayed 2 nights at this B&B with 7 other ladies and used the dining and living room to hold a board meeting for our not for profit organization. The owner was wonderfully accommodating and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. For a reasonable fee, she even provided us with lunch and made an amazing birthday cake for us! Every... More

We stayed at this B&B during a roadtrip, it was very easy to get to from Kansas City. The home is beautiful, as well as the guest rooms, in a quaint small town. We were the only guests that evening, and our rooms were upgraded at no additional cost. Robin is a wonderful cook, she made us a generous dessert... More
