We were pleasantly surprised by the rustic lodge. They have a dining room that overlooks the lake with hummingbird feeders everywhere. The pool is next to the lake and there is plenty of nearby attractions. The staff was helpful and courteous. Food was good and there's a lift platform to bring you up from the lake to the lodge patio.... more

Kirkwood Lodge has a great location on the lake and is still close to the strip. Our room was clean and we had a nice lake view patio. We enjoyed our breakfast in the cozy dining room overlooking the lake and watched the hummingbirds at the feeders outside the large windows. The staff was very hospitable. more

It's really difficult to put into words what Kirkwood Lodge has meant to me and my family. We started going back in 1992 and have been back every year since. The rooms are very basic. The idea is to spend your time with activites. We have enjoyed the all inclusive family weeks where you get all of your meals in the lodge.
