Nice rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. Spacious, comfortable bedding. Breakfast was adequate with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal and pastries. Front desk was helpful and always attentive. Very rude employees and room was no where near clean when we checked in. There was left over soap in the tub from a previous guest (I assume), and you could see the dust collecting on the furniture. This is a good value--my room was clean, and the motel is located between two restaurants, as well as being only a few minutes away from downtown Maryville. I would gladly stay here again. The rooms are clean and the people are friendly enough, but if you need internet access for any reason, plan on sitting in the lobby. That is the only place you will find any signal at all, and even there it is low. I ended up writing good old fashioned letters during my week long stay. more
