Everyone went out of their way especially Jenny (the host) to be sure we had a great time. Food was very good at the Steak House and room service was great. The hotel was full of Saints fans for the weekend and Harrah's saw to it we had a great weekend. Thank you St. Louis more

The staff was simply divine. Everyone (from the valet and bell hop to the motel and casino staff) smiled and greeted us promplty. We had a few concerns at the casino and the staff was not only willing but able to help; furthermore, they fixed the problems ASAP. ALWAYS Excellent service in every area of this great Casino. Nice friendly faces everywhere you go whether it be the Valet Staff, The Casino Staff, The Promotions Desk or Security. rooms we very clean. Aurora (casino hostess) is wonderful. Occasional pissy employee but you will find that anywhere. For the most part dealers were very nice and hospitable. Only complaint is it takes forever to get a cocktail waitress at a table. Their pagers mean nothing. more

I have stayed here 5 times. All the staff is friendly and efficient from the car valet, the bell hop and front desk staff. The rooms are nice with very spacious bathrooms. Large tub/shower and separate toilet room. The room has coffee maker and an iron. I can't remember if there is a hairdryer. Food is a bit pricey but... more
