I'm here for a business trip (the client selected the hotel). The room is dirty. And they put me on the ground floor - the problem with that is the room has a door that goes to the outside - not safe for a single woman traveling alone. I tried calling the front desk to see if they could change... More

Inside is in decent shape, but exterior could use a facelift. The staff were friendly enough and parking was adequate. Convenient to expressway. Decent non-chain restaurants are approximately 10-15 minutes by car with nothing exceptional close by.

The Sheraton Chalet staff from the moment you walk into the lobby are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff offered available upgrades and free wifi. The rooms are very comfortable with all the up-to-date amenities. The bathrooms have enough room to turn around without bumping into everything. The Sheraton Chalet was a nice change of pace from... My stay was perhaps the worst of my Starwood experiences: 1. Extreme Road Noise. My room was right next door to the exec club, I believe 571. When I returned to my room at 1030 the road noise was unbearable, even when I turned the AC unit's fan to high. When I called the front desk, the young man said... More

Was there for an annual conference meeting. Some attending were put in chalet side others in adjoining westport plaza side and charged same price. Chalet rooms are much smaller and older. Bathroom tiny. Looks like small dated hotel rooms. Disappointing at best. Rest of conference was above average. Good served, meeting rooms etc. But they were all located in the... More

I was there for a conference, so no choice on where to stay. After sleeping pretty well the first night, in the middle of the 2nd night, we started finding centioedes in our 4th floor room. Yes, plural. Centipedes. On the wall on the far side away from the balcony, on the floor near the door, and several ON MY... More

My room smells moldy. I called the front desk and was told they could send someone from maintenence to check it out. I told her I know what mold smells like and there is nothing for them to see. Wouldn't change rooms. This was a beautiful place in the 70's but I think that was the last time the rooms... More

I feel like I must have stayed in a different hotel from the one others have reviewed here. Check in was easy and fast, the desk person was Duane who couldn't have been more helpful or more clear, the room was wonderful - large and clean, the bathroom sparkling and provided with nice and always replenished amenities, the staff friendly... The staff were incompetent. They charged us a higher rate, & we got NONE of the promised amenities, for $40.00 more per night! Ya THINK, they could fix this at check out? NO!!! To get the $300+ refunded will take a few weeks??? I paid for 3 nights, for 2 rooms, for me daughter & I. We got a 'discounted'... More

My family of four were staying here at the Chalet because we were a part of a large group. I did not set the group reservation, but we did book from it. We checked in, after our 4 hour drive, around 9pm. Upon entrance into our first floor room of the Chalet, I immediately smelled a moldy damp smell. As... More
