I had originally put a deposit down of $127. I thought that it was going to be an additional $127. It was an additional $289. We stayed in the green cabin as you drive in. We did not realize that everything would be an additional cost, whether is was swimming, miniature golf, etc. We checked in about 4 on Saturday... More

We went camping in our fifth wheel. It's overpriced for what it is. They need to do a lot of work on the whole place. The campground was hardly mowed, needs new gravel and they really need to work on the power boxes. I think it's pretty ridiculous that you pay over $30 a night to camp and then have... More

This place has great potential but as yet it is VERY rough. The campsites are not level and the person that checks you in does not understand about how to place campers. We asked for a pull thru long enough for us not to unhitch and we were given a pull thru that barely fit our travel trailer. Yes he... More

Mr. Saed was so kind! Let me start by saying our 11 yr old, whom is used to staying in fairly nice hotels, chose camper camping at Lake Paradise for Father's Day. Mr. Saed was very busy, as his help was out ill. He was doing everything himself. But he still took the time to keep showing us 4 different... More

Our family stays here at least 6+ times a year. We love it. The fishing is great. Pool is clean and fun for our 3 kids. This is our favorite place to RV in Missouri. The price is a little high but well worth it. Main bathroom and shower house is clean and showers are hot. Last time we went... More

We just left lake paradise resort and are so disgusted with this so called resort. It is the end of May so everything should be up and ready for the summer by now. It wasn't! The cabin was small, the lake was nothing but scum after we paid ten dollars to fish and forty to rent a cabin we couldn't... More

My husband stayed summers here in the 80's. He loved it and wanted to revisit. We went out of season, don't do. Poor quality accommodations available out of season. No amenities either. We were very disappointed! The staff was very nice to come open up out of season, though. The prices were same for out of season as in season,... More

This was our second trip to Lake Paradise. The first was in 2011 and if i'm not mistaken, it was a different owner then. My family and i enjoyed both visits. We stayed in a Rustic Cabin by Lake Moonlight the first time and it was nice but this time (June 2014) we tried their Camper and that seems to... More

Stay away if possible. The owner is very shady. We stayed here and he seemed friendly at check in but went downhill fast. He said they have great amenities....but they charge for all of them...then they would not be amenities if you charge for them right? He did not even tell us they charge for them and when we asked...
