“Customer service was terrible.”

Over priced for what you get. Wifi did not work and front desk gal could care less. Continental breakfast was very small and not much offered. Room was OK, but not too clean. Swimming pool not available. Overall, overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend this Super 8 nor would I stay there again.

While traveling from Chicago to Phoenix az i made an overnight stop in Lebanon mo and stayed at the super 8 on west Elm St just off the highway. “Missouri hospitality at its finest.”

The property is clean and well run. The rooms are sufficiently furnished. The Wi-Fi is free, reliable and fast enough for me. The staff is superb. I travel to Lebanon with some frequency, and I always stay at Super 8. They take good care of me. And, I like the food they put out for breakfast.

This Super 8 was a great inexpensive place to stay. Different from many others I have stayed in. Locally owned and operated, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast good. Nothing bad to say. Would stay there again and plan to.
