Booking: I have stayed at this hotel years back, and it looks about the same as it did then. I called to book the room, and told them to note to upgrade if available. We were fortunate to check-in early (11am) and we were also immediately upgraded to one of the 'newer' rooms. The newer rooms are encased as opposed... More

After reading the reviews before we left home, we were a little skeptic. However, we can't speak for all the rooms, but we were pleasantly surprised that our King View room was spacious, clean, and updated in 2008 as website suggested. The view was awsome. It was our anniversary so we splurged with a room w/breakfast and also got a... More

You can only do so much to dress up a tired property like this former Holiday Inn. The room was clean, but small. Fortunately there was just two of us. There have been some upgrades like granite-composite counter tops, but it's still an older facility with large built in A/C and a small bathroom/tub area. While there were a few... More

After seeing the reviews this resort recieved, we were a little nervous. I am so gald we stayed here. It was in our budget, the rooms were clean, the pools were great and the staff were friendly. My family will be going back next year. It is an older resort for the Ozarks, but the rooms were clean and that... More

No elevator, but has 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Dark reddish / brown stains (the size of a paper plate, and several smaller ones) on the ceiling above the bed. Cracks in the ceiling. Room "felt" scummy. Older model television. Hairball in the shower. Air conditioner unacceptable (had to keep it on 60 degrees and high just to make it... More

We had a reservation for a king room pool side. When we checked in we started with a set of keys that did not open the door for our room. When that was finally resolved we discovered a "murphy bed" that you pull out of the wall.....definitely not a king bed. Was then told that whoever that the room with... More

My husband, two sons and their families would all go back in a heartbeat! When we made the reservations, the girl was very helpful and placed all three rooms close and within easy access to the 3 pools. When, my husband and I arrived at 9:30 am and were allowed into our room! We went to the marine they recommended... More

I do not recommend this place. It is very dirty, the bathrooms smelled like urine. We were planning on staying two nights, but checked out a day early with no refund. We paid 500 dollars for their family suite. Their futons didnt come wiht sheets or pillows. The rooms were filthy. I feel like I got taken to the cleaners... More

You will be happy here if you smoke, have tattoos, and consider beer one of the major food groups. Despite running the air conditioner all day as cool as it could be set, the room was hot at bedtime. Despite the fact that the entire area where our room was located is "non-smoking", the smell of cigarette smoke would waft... More
