This hotel was very nice. The king suite with jetted tub was roomy. The hotel is close to the highway, but I did not hear the traffic. Great location for outlet mall shopping and the Bagnell Dam strip. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was disappointing. Not much of a selection. Overall is a good hotel more

This place is so bad that they should be prosecuted for stealing from guests. Filthy carpet throughout the property; hallways that are at least 100 degrees Fairenheit; rooms not made up by the end of the day; in room air conditioner that can't keep the room cool enough; you name it this place is awful. It was 100 degrees outside and when we walked in the room and the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and it was very warm. The air was on rull blast and the temp almost all the way to cold. I turned it the rest of the way but it didn't do much good. The shower had very little water pressure.... more
