I was a bit surprised when arriving because the check in was in a little building off to the side., but the wonderful, personal welcome eased my mind. The emaculate rooms overlooked the lake with a screened in patio.

I have used AFVC many times before, this is probably my first review. First off AFVC rates Bintage Landing with four stars however, I believe 2 stars is more appropriate for this time share. The accommodations are very dull and the bed was old an uncomfortable. The location is not too bad, however, one must drive everywhere to do anything.... More

The view is great. The amenities are decent and the rooms are generally well maintained. We noticed that the water was either hard or smelly, and that it left something to be desired when we washed our clothes or towels. The location is probably the best - its off the strip but still quick to go just about everywhere. The... More

Stayed in a one bedroom with screened in patio on the lake - not "fancy" or high end - but very quiet, friendly, comfortable, clean with all room/kitchen amenities a couple could ask for. 'You need a car to stay anywhere in this area - very spread out with lots of restaurants, shopping at outlets, beautiful golf courses and boating... More

The condo was clean, good sized, very quiet, but the water has a bad smell to it. I did not realize when I made the reservation for a 2 bedroom. This actually meant a one bedroom with a pullout in the living room. This was a perfect place for us to dock the boat in the back yard and head... More

We booked this resort for our son, daughter-in-law, and their toddler for the day after Thanksgiving. The reviews are mixed and few. We were nervous. To add to the stress, our son’s mother-in-law was an unexpected addition to their party. We were thrilled to get the call from them when they arrived. The place is beautiful. The grounds, the setting,... More

I wanted to cry when we arrived. After driving for hours, the minute we turned into the entrance I had a sick feeling. Literally the driveway is straight down, immediately you realize there will be no walking up that driveway. Then you have to go to this shack to check in, the lady that runs the office was rude, didn't... More

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom ground floor unit the first week of July. The inside of the condo itself was not bad. We stayed in the first building, there are two one-bedroom units that are facing what they like to call the lake, however, it is not lake front at all, all you have a view... More

I am writing to you from our screened in porch at Vintage Landing. It is sunny and warm, about 77 f. We can see the main channel of the Lake from here and the boats from the Lodge of the Four Seasons which is so close you can walk to it (if you don't mind hills). Renting here gives you... More
