Nice hotel and nice room. H Toad food was ok certainly not great. Poor selection of Ice Cream - a huge missed business opportunity. Pool doesn't have enough lounge chairs and the pool bar should have a larger drink menu. All in all I'd say this should be a $150/night hotel - overpriced.

Staff is ridiculously rude and inappropriate. It seems like the entire resort is ran by a bunch of incompetent teenagers that have absolutely no customer service training. Such a nice place ruined by the horrible service.
