“Blood on sheets no management response”

We stayed one night here and will NEVER again. Turned my white comforter down when it was time for bed and had blood and brown stains all inside the down comforter. I will post the picture. “Lake of Ozarks trip”

The Lodge is excellent - great place, great views - indoor outdoor pool - cocktails and food were excellent -they say the Spa is the best in the Midwest and it was for sure, my Wife loved it - the grounds are super - nice fire pit outside to have a cocktail and watch the sun set

“Ultimate retreat”

“Great 4-star place!”

Very nice place. Top notch! Enjoyed the place immensely. Nice high quality rooms. HK's was fantastic. Great food. I like the grounds and the garden. I used the pool and it was very nice. The pool was well heated and the hot tub was at the correct temperature.

“Great”

Our connecting rooms were spacious and very clean. The common areas are also very nice. Very helpful staff. The grounds are lovely- with a great view of the Lake of the Ozarks!!! A very pleasant stay. We would love to come and stay again!!!!

“Outdated facility”

Went to the Lodge for Mother's day 5/11/13 and was very dissappointed. Stayed in room 2314 which had cob webs in the corners and windows and a broken closet door. The place needs and update. The stairs are dirty, handrails loose and overall looks "tired". Nothing special for the price paid and I would not lean on staying there again.... More
