Friendly staff great service clean rooms AND free breakfast AND evening food with 3 free drinks. Only bad thing is the empty pool but it IS chilly & rainy. Be sure to try the Yum Yum drink if you stay here. My wife is very happy. Excellent place to stay for a royals game, stadium just across I70.

This hotel is great for people that plan to spend time at the hotel and don't want to venture out much. Good for both families where going out is a hassle or for a single traveler that hates to go out by themselves. Well managed breakfast and light supper service with good variety (both healthy and naughty) and decent space... More

Stayed here to watch a baseball game. It is just a short walk across the bridge to the stadium which is why I chose it. The property is a little older but it's amenities are the same as other Drury properties. I actually think the shower head in my room was the best I've had at any hotel ever. This... More

Stayed here for one night on recent business trip. The hotel itself looks a little more dated than most others. At check in staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The evening food and drinks is a real bonus especially if feeding children. The room was mostly clean, some issues with stray long hairs. The room gives a mixed feeling of... More

Unfortunately, while booking our hotel room as we drove to Kansas City, I paid more attention to overall ratings for rooms in our price range and less attention to the amenities. I won't make that mistake again. An outdoor pool in Kansas in March isn't an amenity. However, this WAS NOT the hotel's fault; it was mine. The lady at... More

Was checked in by a nice gentleman by the name of Chuck. He was friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. Elevator took me to my floor. Pet friendly. Had a nice double room - bed quite comfy and inviting. Clean, modern, updated. Wake up call came on time. Continental breakfast was available, although I didn't partake because I... More

We couldn't get a hotel downtown where we wanted and ended up with this hotel. It was great. The hotel is not large and is a bit out of the way unless you are going to the stadium, but those were our only issues. This hotel was very modern, fresh and clean. The workers were first rate and the free... More

Nothing much better for a Royals fan to be able to see Kauffman Stadium from your hotel room window! Even better is being able to walk over busy I70 via the crosswalk on the bridge and be at the stadium in 10 minutes (we may have been walking quickly but either way a quick walk) and bypass the parking lot... Thank you for your enthusiastic praise of our hotel! Feedback like yours lets us know that we are on the right track. It sounds like you met everyone’s favorite bartender, Lynn; I will pass along your remarks. We have some exciting Kickback menu enhancements on the way in April, so you are really in for a treat at the evening... More

Excellent facility for families. Breakfast and light dinner is a plus especially if you have children or in long conference meetings or tight schedule. Highly recommended to everyone wanting to stay in nice place on a reasonable budget.
