Stayed one night and found this hotel to be one of the coolest I've ever stayed in. The bed was amazing with pillows I wanted to steal (did not). Only complaint is only one desk chair and my friend had to stand to eat because we were sharing a plate (no table, no coffee table, desk only) and the sofa... More

We booked through Priceline and got an amazing deal for graduation weekend. Hotel Phillips is a gorgeous hotel close to so many wonderful attractions and restaurants in Power & Light--many within easy walking distance. We used valet parking and it is well worth it. 12 Baltimore, the restaurant at Hotel Phillips had great drink and appetizer deals, as well as... More

I had a great experience with the Phillips, it was a great escape. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are styled well but be aware they are smaller than you might expect if you are use to modern builds. The front desk and valets were very nice and knew the area well.

Just left the Hotel Phillips. Beautiful hotel built in 1931. Architecture reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright. Friendly staff and very accommodating. No room safes so make other provisions for valuables. Elevators slow and small but all else very nice. Would stay there again.

we actually booked us hotel on Priceline the hotel rate was listed at $145 and we offered $60 on Priceline for a 4 star hotel in the downtown area and won the hotel at $60 this was thrilling for us because this is one of our favorite hotels in the downtown Kansas City area that's close to everything in the... I stayed at Hotel Phillips at the beginning of may for 2 nights with a couple of friends for an escape of real life and picked hotel Phillips because of the location. Everything was great but other than that we felt like the people who are working there are hired just to serve us and make us pleased. Especially receptionists(... More

I stayed at the historical Hotel Phillips this past weekend with some girlfriends. What a great place. The room was clean and so cute...kind of small but it was just me so no problem. I had room service and the food was good. Loved the hotel bar! What a great atmosphere! Tommy was our bartender and he was fantastic and... More

I stayed for 2 nights and 2 days on business. The room was spacious and clean, making the stay very comfortable. The conference room we used for the training was also spacious and clean. The staff were outstanding, from check-in, to making sure we had everything we needed in our conference room, to checking-out. The staff were superb.

I stayed for 2 nights for business meetings. The historic hotel has been beautifully restored. The front desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was a fairly generous size, though the configuration was different than most hotels I have stayed in. The bathroom was on the inside of the room against the corridor wall. It helped keep hall... More

My brother and I stayed on night at the Hotel Phillips. He had had a difficult week and I wanted to treat him to a fun experience. He needs his computer for his work and had planned on getting some things done while we were away from interruptions at home. However, he could not stay connected for more than a... More
