I've been staying here a lot. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice. I usually get the workout rooms and am always impressed with the soundproofing - I never hear the treadmill going in the adjoining rooms. Food is hotel food. Meh. More

So enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Great location and personalised service. No need to go outdoors as it's connected to Union Station and a great mall. Heavenly beds are just that and the view is breathtaking. More

We stayed 2 nights in the month of December. Everything was very Christmasy and by the time we went home I was very much in the holiday spirit. The staff was wonderful to us and having all the shops and Union Station nearby without having to get in the car and drive was great. We truly haad a wonderful time. More

We stay here at least a couple of times a year, and always have a good experience. Great Westin amenities, with the fun and convenience of Crown Center and Union Station at your fingertips. The Garden Suites are an excellent value...HUGE rooms for the price. Westin Crown Center is one of my favorites. More

i travel to K.C. often, and always enjoy staying @ the Westin because of the hospitality of all the employees, even if im getting checked in at 1am, always helpful people and a very clean uncluttered environment, and the Heavenly Beds are quite nice end to a long day!! More

Stayed here last October, for business and Pleasure. It was immaculate and the service was outstanding!! It is located in a great spot, that it close to many things.
