This hotel is right smack in the middle of the Plaza, which is where the best shopping in the entire state can be found. The staff got to know myself and my collegues on a first name basis and were always helpful in pointing us to great local eateries and entertainment. more

This hotel is convenient to a number of things, a mall, restaurants, bus lines, etc. I was impressed with the size and splendor of the room and slept very well on the nice beds. My one complaint was the hourly serenade by the crown center musical fountain outside my window. more

The rooms are excellent and the views are wonderful. The restaurants around the hotel are second rate and resemble the food courts in the mall. Stayed here for two nights during the week while traveling for business. I enjoyed a renovated room which was quiet, clean and well-appointed. But the bed....so comfy! Slept better here than at home! The only con I offer is the charge for internet service ($9.95/24 hrs). I still don't get how the Holiday Inn Expresses of the world can offer... more
