Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Place is marginally clean. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. We were in town with a group of friends for the baseball game. We booked as a group. NEVER AGAIN. Rude staff and nasty rooms. Just in case you're not swayed by the other reviews....I am usually a budget traveler, so I'm used to less luxurious accomodations, but I will pay whatever it takes next time to avoid this hotel. The room was fine. The desk folks were helpful. The only problem was that I reserved for two nights, and they only put me there for one. They were happy to "fix" it, but did de-activate my key until I checked in separately for a second night. Otherwise, very clean and quiet. more
