Awful. Repulsive. Terrible. Mortifying. Disrespectful. One of the rudest business owners I have ever met runs this hotel & seems to forget that his passengers are the ones that will recommend him and tip him. The only reason I gave him 1 star was because 0 stars wasn't an option. He forgot to pick us up. Surprisingly, came to get... More

Several hours after I checked out, I developed eight hard, raised, red and itchy bumps on my back and upper shoulder. Bug bites from the hotel. When I called to let the staff know, so that they don't rent the room to another guest without checking it for bugs and fixing the issue, the manager or owner (whoever answered the... More

The hotel was nice. Got in late & the desk clerk was very helpful in assisting with a place to eat. Close to several restaurants. Room was clean and nice. Great room for a great price. Enjoyed my stay!

All was fine here, in fact a pretty good bargain, save the way I was treated when my key card didn't work for two nights in a row (out of a three-night stay). The desk person (probably in the owner/operator's family) in a scolding tone told me I shouldn't be keeping it in my pocket next to a cell phone.... More

This is a review for the park-and-ride service at Econo Lodge. I did not stay at the hotel. I arrived around 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. The man working at the desk was quite unprofessional. He was unwilling to explain the rates and shuttle service. I had not used Econo for airport parking before. The parking rate is $5... More

I just needed and inexpensive place to stay overnight in order to catch an early morning flight out of Kansas City. The price was right for this place and it had a free shuttle to the airport. I could have stayed at the Marriott next to the airport but it was three times the amount and it seemed silly to... More

Thank you for your review. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to aplogize for failing to exceed your expectations. We are a small hotel with small staff and they do have to multi-task during thier shirft. The front desk clerk also serves as the shuttle driver which was the cause of your wait at the time of check... More

I parked my SUV there for a week while I was away, and when I came back my anti-theft had been triggered (Not just an alarm- My escalade disables the fuel pump if the ignition or locks are tampered with) It actually took a ($45) service call and very nearly a tow to figure out someone had tried to steal... Room was only about $52. Room was basic and clean. Bed covers (the cover and the next blanket) had holes in them. Not sound insulated so your neighbor(s) could be a problem if they play their TV loudly. Breakfast: coffee, cereal, milk, bread, jam, butter, orange juice, and a couple of sweet rolls (about 7:15 AM). Close to airport. Long... More

We spent just one night and everything was really good except for the spider and spiderwebs in the corners of the ceiing. It stormed the night we were there and it stayed pretty quiet even when there were big booms.

My husband and I got a room at this hotel just for a quick stay prior to an early outbound flight. The gal at the front desk was less than friendly but, hey, perhaps she was having a bad day. We all get those, right? When we got to our room, it had a dank, musty smell; not overwhelming but,... More
